37 educational institutions are being overhauled in Tatarstan

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of work on the overhaul of social and cultural facilities, hydraulic structures and apartment buildings at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipalities was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Marat Aizatullin said that the largest number of objects falls on educational institutions.  Here, the overhaul of facilities is carried out within the framework of four republican and two federal programs. (269 facilities worth 842.95 million rubles).  These are 6 kindergartens; 42 schools and boarding schools, 143 more schools will have food halls repaired; 2 schools will have gyms. Further, 9 resource centers and 4 dormitories will be updated in the link of secondary vocational education.

As of today, within the framework of the traded facilities, work is underway to repair 37 educational institutions (21% completion), two preschool educational institutions (26% completion), work is underway to repair food units of educational organizations in 12 municipal districts (the total percentage of completion is 4%).

According to the capital repair program of resource centers, the performance of work is 32%.

Of the 4 dormitories of secondary vocational education that are planned to be renovated in 2023, work is being carried out at 3 facilities (17% completion).

This week, the federal project "Success of every child" has been completed - the repair of the gym in the Tyulyachinsky district has been completed.

In the field of "Healthcare" 3 programs are being implemented (149 facilities for 3,703 million rubles).  They include 118 primary care facilities in 30 municipalities. Within the framework of the concluded contracts, work is being carried out at 116 facilities. The fulfillment for today is 30%.

This week, 7 paramedic-obstetric stations (FAPs) in the Apastovsky district and one in Mamadyshsky have been repaired. In total, work has been completed at 10 sites: in Sabinsky district (2), Mamadyshsky (1), Apastovsky district (7).

The remaining 31 facilities are hospitals. Here, work is being carried out on 27 sites, where 36% of the work has been closed by contractors.

The "Culture" branch includes 4 programs (35 objects for 1,040,977 thousand rubles).  Within the framework of the contracted facilities, work is underway on 7 rural houses (38% completed), on 9 educational institutions of the industry (the volume of work amounted to 26%).

The republic also implements 5 programs in the field of youth policy - these are 28 facilities worth 1,311 million rubles. Of these, 6 children's health camps; 4 teen clubs; 8 youth centers; 10 centers of psychological and pedagogical assistance. Here, work is being carried out on 6 children's health camps (26% of the volume has been completed), 4 teen clubs (implementation is estimated at 44%), 8 youth centers (implementation - 34%).

In the field of ecology and protection of natural resources, two programs are being implemented (23 facilities for 342 million rubles). This week, the conclusion of contracts for all 23 facilities has been completed. Of these, 11 are under construction (34% are completed). At the same time, 7 objects have been commissioned, 2 of them this week – in Yelabuga and Pestrechinsky districts.

The Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Social Protection, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Forestry are implemented under one republican program. Work is being carried out on 6 sports facilities (out of 15) - implementation is 15%; on 25 social service organizations (implementation is 58%).

Another 10 objects of the program have been completed, three of them this week - in Menzelinsky, Laishevsky and Novosheshminsky districts.

For 19 buildings of veterinary associations, departments of agriculture and food and buildings of the Federal institution "ROSSELKHOZNADZOR" - the performance of construction and installation works is 75%. This week, 5 facilities have been completed - in Arsky, Baltasinsky, Bugulminsky, Rybno-Slobodsky districts and in Chistopol.

In total, 12 objects have been completed: Apastovsky (3), Buinsky (1), Aktanyshsky (1), Arsky (1), Baltasinsky (1), Kukmorsky (1), Tyulyachinsky (1), Chistopol (1), Rybno-Slobodsky (1), Bugulminsky (1).

The program for the repair of 9 forestry buildings has been completed by 67%. This week, 1 object in the Almetyevsk district has been completed. In total, 2 objects have been completed in Aznakaevsky and Almetyevsk districts.

Also, within the framework of the republican programs, the buildings of the executive committees are being repaired - the implementation is 83%. In total, 4 objects have been completed (Leninogorsk, Drozhzhanovsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky districts).
