Major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan were carried out by 51%

Major repairs of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan have been completed at 55 sites to date.

This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the republican meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers.

In his speech, he recalled that 751 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 487 thousand square meters will be renovated this year. The financial volume of the program is 6 billion 717 million rubles.

 Currently, the total performance of construction and installation works is 51%.

Work is underway on 662 apartment buildings, including the replacement of 215 elevators in 84 houses.

Last week, builders completed the overhaul of 16 apartment buildings in Kazan, 5 in Zainsk, 4 in Naberezhnye Chelny, 2 houses each in Almetyevsk and Bugulminsky districts and 1 house each in Arsky Elabuga, Leninogorsk, Muslyumovsky and Spassky districts of the republic.
