The pavilion of the Kazan Expo IEC, which houses the stands of the participants of the International Property Market, was visited yesterday by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin and the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
They got acquainted with the companies participating in the exhibition, including Suvar Builds, Ak Bars Dom, SMU-88, Unistroy, Tatlift, Tatkabel and others.
Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin spoke about the prospects in the construction industry and orientation towards integrated development of territories. He said that according to plans, the increase in the housing stock in the territory of the Kazan agglomeration will amount to 13.2 million square meters by 2030, housing security – 33 square meters per person.
In addition, the guests were told about the construction of the new building of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal in Kazan and demonstrated some elements of the decor and interior – halls, auditorium, etc.
The pavilion of the exhibition is divided into zones – the zone of art in architecture, the zone of nature in the architecture of the city and others.
There is also a stand of the Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Institute of Spatial Planning.
Director of the Foundation "Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" Naila Zinnatullina reported on what programs are being implemented in the region today.
Marat Khusnullin was also shown a sample of one of the elevators that are manufactured at the Tatlift enterprise.
Recall that the plant for the production of elevator equipment of Tatlift LLC was opened in April in the Zelenodolsk industrial Park.
