At the initiative of the President, comprehensive work is underway on the digital transformation of the housing and communal services sector to improve the quality of public services. The Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation have developed a mobile application "Public Services.Dom", based on data from the state GIS housing and communal services information system, which simplifies the solution of issues in this area.
"We are trying to actively implement digital solutions in construction and simultaneously develop them in the housing and communal services sector. More than 7 million users have already installed this application. At the same time, digital GIS utilities services are successfully used not only by citizens, but also by government authorities. Digitalization in this area is really important, especially given the plans to modernize the housing and communal services sector for the next few years," Marat Khusnullin said.
Over 173 thousand Tatarstan citizens have become users of "Public Services.The house."
The application allows residents of apartment buildings to transmit meter readings, pay for services, submit applications and participate in voting. Information about major repairs and reports from management companies is also available. It is planned to expand the functionality for owners of private houses and add a mode for tenants.
The application is regularly updated, and a collective application feature has recently been introduced, allowing users to contact management organizations.
