Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of working group No. 17, dedicated to the results of work for 2024, which was held by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Working Group No. 17. The event was attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, member of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services Marat Nuriev, head of working group No. 17.
The issues of financing and implementing a program to modernize municipal infrastructure, including water supply and sanitation facilities, with the involvement of funds from the National Welfare Fund, were discussed. The report presented a report on the implementation of the instructions and wishes of citizens received during the elections to the State Duma in 2021.
The problems of housing and communal services in Tatarstan, as well as throughout the country, remain relevant, which is confirmed by the multitude of appeals from citizens to public utilities and authorities. A significant amount of work is being carried out in the republic within the framework of republican and federal programs.
In particular, in the context of the Regional Program for the modernization of Municipal Infrastructure for 2023-2024, 67 events worth almost 4.5 billion rubles were planned and carried out in Tatarstan. Construction, reconstruction and major repairs of 128 kilometers of engineering networks have been carried out here, of which:
- water supply – 42.8 km;
- drainage – 19.3 km;
- heat supply – 66.1 km.
In addition, 5 projects worth 10.964 million rubles, as well as 4 projects financed from special treasury loans in the amount of 8.991 million rubles are being implemented in Tatarstan as part of the programs of the National Welfare Fund.
During the discussion, the details of raising funds and financing, as well as the implementation of municipal modernization of water supply and sanitation using the resources of the National Welfare Fund were considered. The report also discussed the implementation of the instructions and recommendations made by citizens during the 2021 State Duma elections.
