Meeting to determine the best cultural facilities

On November 12th, 2013, a meeting of the contest commission was held by Order of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the competition to determine the best cultural facilities in the settlements of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, constructed under Republic’s program “Rural Clubs”.

The commission includes representatives of the municipal council, the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan, the inspection of the state construction supervision, customer “Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan”, project organization “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt” and SRO RNP  “Association of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan”. 

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin.

As a result of the implementation of Republic’s program “Rural Clubs”, the members of the commission considered the participants to determine the winner in the following categories:

- Construction period;

- Assessment of the quality of construction and installation works;

- Landscaping;

- Professional decoration of the interiors;

- Compliance with occupational health and safety rules in the construction.

Also, the members of the commission considered the nominees for the title of the total winner of the competition.
