The total number of public space improvement works in Tatarstan is 26%
The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, spoke about the improvement of public spaces last Friday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
Landscaping is carried out according to federal and republican programs. This year, 61 public spaces will be renovated for a total amount of more than 1 billion 896 million rubles. "The contractors currently have 47 facilities in operation. The total completion rate for today is 26%, the dynamics has exceeded 6%. Over the past 2 weeks, an object has been commissioned in the Sarmanovsky district," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Thus, according to the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment", which is part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", 51 public spaces will acquire a new look. Over 1 billion 710 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes. The national project program includes 44 facilities located in 38 municipalities. It also includes 7 objects that won the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. These are the "Upper Promenade of the Sviyaga Coast" in Sviyazhsk, Zelenodolsk municipal district, "Development of Vokzalnaya and Ometova Streets" in the city of Agryz, Agryz municipal district, "Quantum Boulevard" in Innopolis, Verkhneuslonsky municipal district, "Arsk plots - new life of the historical quarter" in the city of Arsk in the Arsky municipal district, Kamashevo landscape park in the city of Mendeleevsk in the Mendeleevsky municipal district, the historical quarter of Zelenodolsk "Polukamushki" in the Zelenodolsk municipal district, the integrated development of Lenin Street in the area from Leo Tolstoy Street to Narimanov Street. Work has begun on all sites, except for the project "Upper Promenade of the Sviyaga coast" - archaeological surveys are underway here, the approximate deadline for receiving a conclusion is June 20.
As for the 10 public spaces that are being improved under the republican program, the builders are working on 8 sites. 2 objects have not been started. Thus, part of the Memorial Square land plot in the village of Vvedenskaya Sloboda, Verkhneuslonsky municipal district, is privately owned, and the procedure for its transfer to municipal ownership is currently being completed. As for the Large and Small Seagull Lakes on Chuikov Street in Kazan, gulls nest in the reservoir from April to July, and work is scheduled to begin on July 1.
The national project "Infrastructure for Life" is aimed at the integrated development of settlements. In particular, it is planned to improve public and courtyard spaces, create and update all related social and communal infrastructure.
