The program of renovation of apartment buildings in Tatarstan has been completed by 64%
Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.
The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
"This year, 813 apartment buildings located in 41 municipalities will be renovated. The program also includes the replacement of 126 elevators in 57 residential buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts. The amount of funding for the program is 11.192 billion rubles," Damir Shaidullin said.
According to the first deputy minister, major repairs have begun in 537 residential buildings, and work has been completed in 128 houses. For the remaining facilities, project documentation is being approved and materials are being purchased.
The total program completion reached 64%.
