150 construction sector organizations are registered on the CTS Exchange in Tatarstan - these are 100 contractors and 50 suppliers. In the near future, they will include 27 more companies. As of December 11, 776 auctions totaling more than 1 billion rubles were held in the system.
On the CTS Exchange, transactions are conducted on such construction resources as rolled metal products, inert materials, bricks, sawmills, Portland cement, as well as plaster, cables, thermal insulation boards, etc.
- This project is an important step towards improving price transparency and competitiveness in the construction market. The exchange mechanism ensures fair competition and expands the possibilities of controlling the cost of construction resources," said Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Currently, amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 23, 2016 No. 1452 "On Monitoring prices of construction resources" have entered into force, which allows at the legislative level to provide trade organizers (operators of an electronic platform, an external information system) in the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia with the information necessary for monitoring prices of construction resources with subsequent placement in the Federal State the information system of pricing in construction.
