The next meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to the implementation of anti-corruption policy.
Tatiana Titova, Head of the Civil Service and Human Resources Department, who delivered the main report, recalled that the anti-corruption policy of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out within the framework of the relevant departmental program, as well as decisions of the Commission for Coordinating Work on Combating Corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to T.Titova, in 2025, 4 meetings of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan were held.
"The meetings discussed the issues of conducting an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts, sectoral studies of corruption factors and ongoing anti-corruption measures," said the head, Tatyana Titova. "In particular, according to the results of the analysis of information on income, expenses, property and property–related obligations provided by state civil servants of the Ministry, there are no grounds for bringing them to disciplinary responsibility."
As shown by the inspection of 271 civil servants for participation in business activities, the facts of non-compliance with prohibitions and restrictions have not been revealed.
The Ministry pays special attention to educational events aimed at shaping the anti-corruption behavior of employees. First of all, newly hired employees without state civil service experience are involved in them. They actively participate in specialized seminars and quizzes.
It has become traditional to annually study the opinions of the population and employees of budgetary institutions about the state of corruption and their attitudes towards it. According to the results of a survey conducted in 2025, the share of respondents who believe that corruption does not exist in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan has increased (+3.6%) and are ready to report corruption (+4.3%). The results of the industry study are posted on the Ministry's official website.
