The competition is aimed at identifying organizations that have achieved high results in solving social problems. Its purpose is to spread successful practices in the field of social policy, labor protection, human resource development and social partnership, as well as to increase public attention to the issues of social effectiveness of employers.
Organizations registered on the territory of the Russian Federation are invited to participate, regardless of the form of ownership, organizational and legal form and type of economic activity. For organizations in the construction industry, architecture, and housing and communal services, participation in the competition is an opportunity to present the best corporate practices, achievements in the field of working with personnel, improving working conditions, and providing social support to employees.
The competition is held in two stages – regional and federal.
Applications for participation are accepted until June 10, 2026 inclusive.
