The Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of Russia announces the acceptance of applications for the contest "#AskTheBuilder"

The Public Council under the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation has announced the launch of an annual competition for children's and youth questions about the construction industry. Students from 6 to 17 years old can submit text or video works until July 16, 2026 through the official portal of the project "I am the builder of the future!".

The competition is being held for the ninth time as part of a project to promote construction specialties and is included in the federal action plan for the Decade of Childhood. The participants compete in three categories: "The most original text question", "The most original video question" and "The best question about the history of construction".

Sergey Stepashin, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, and Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, will answer the best questions. The results will be announced in July, and the award ceremony will be held as part of the celebration of Builder's Day 2026.

The project is aimed at early career guidance and the formation of youth interest in professions in the field of construction and housing and communal services.
