Tatarstan summed up the results of the "Best Management Company" competition
The results of the annual competition among organizations managing apartment buildings have been summed up in the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition has been held for more than ten years in accordance with the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
All the management companies of the region were invited to participate. For an objective assessment, the participants were divided into five groups, depending on the area of the serviced housing stock. When summing up the results, the competition committee assessed the quality of the maintenance of apartment buildings, the fulfillment of contractual obligations to residents, compliance with information disclosure standards, work to improve energy efficiency, ensure occupational safety and participation in the implementation of housing programs.
"When selecting the winners, we also paid special attention to such criteria as the active introduction of new technologies by management companies, improving the level of service and involving owners of premises in the management process," said Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The criteria include the development of feedback systems with owners, the introduction of digital services, the modernization of engineering networks and the improvement of adjacent territories. The competition committee determined the winners in five nominations. The best results were shown by Zhilbitservice-M LLC (Almetyevsk), Melnichnaya Ploshchad Management Company LLC (Chistopol), Kamskie Polyany Management Company LLC (Nizhnekamsk), Entuziast LLC (Naberezhnye Chelny) and Eybet Management Company LLC (Nizhnekamsk). Management organizations from Zelenodolsk, Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Sabinsky district also won prizes. The winners of the competition were announced by Almaz Arslanov, Deputy Director General of the Self-regulatory Organization of the Association "Commonwealth of Organizations Managing Apartment Buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The winners of the All-Russian competition "Beauty of Housing and communal Services" were also honored during the event. The participants of the competition represent various professions in the housing and communal services industry, from dispatchers and engineers to business managers and professionals in the working professions. The Beauty of Housing and Communal Services competition is held by the School of Housing and Communal Services party project in cooperation with the Council for Professional Qualifications in Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Public Council of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the initiative project "I am the Builder of the Future!".
