The volume of trades in building materials in Tatarstan for the 1st quarter of this year amounted to almost 3 billion rubles
Issues of pricing in construction were discussed at an expanded meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Held a meeting of the President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. The event was attended by heads of construction organizations of Tatarstan, representatives of stock exchanges, and experts in cost estimation.
In his welcoming speech, Ilshat Gimaev emphasized the importance of pricing issues, since quality in construction depends on their effective solution.
Among the most important tasks for 2026, the participants noted the integration of the Federal State Information System for Pricing in Construction (FGIS CA) with stock exchanges and electronic trading platforms. This is necessary to automatically collect data on market prices for real transactions. A number of regions, including Tatarstan, have already begun testing new mechanisms, analyzing information from stock exchanges and training specialists.
The key problems of pricing were identified as the insufficient filling capacity of the FGIS CA, as well as difficulties in determining the cost of material resources, transportation costs and transportation and procurement costs.
The issue of shortage of qualified personnel and the need for mass training of specialists remains acute for many organizations, which requires significant investments.
Exchanges have joined in solving pricing issues. According to Dmitry Zolotov, director of the Kazan branch of CTS EXCHANGE JSC, the volume of trading in building materials in the first quarter of this year amounted to almost 3 billion rubles. Using the exchange trading mechanism has several advantages. This is a potential reduction in the price of purchased goods with unrestricted access of participants, the formation of price indicators reflecting the state of the market, and the accumulation of historical data on real market prices for possible filling of the FGIS CA in conditions of openness and transparency. At the same time, the exchange forms an equilibrium price, reflecting the balance of supply and demand at the current moment.
The event also featured the awarding of the winners of the republican competition "The best organization for occupational safety in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan" based on the results of 2025. The awards were given to representatives of LLC Gran (Kazan), LLC Trust Tatspetsneftekhimremstroy (Nizhnekamsk) and LLC Nizhnekamsk Enterprise Centromontazh-Automatika (Nizhnekamsk).
