Major repairs have been completed in 46 apartment buildings in Tatarstan
Information on the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings this year was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of the Tatarstan.
Marat Aizatullin recalled that the overhaul program included 706 apartment buildings in 41 municipalities of Tatarstan with a financing volume of 9.065 billion rubles. It is also planned to replace 99 elevators in 44 buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky, Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk districts.
According to the minister, 46 facilities have been completed so far, of which 10 apartment buildings have been repaired over the past two weeks: 3 in Naberezhnye Chelny, 2 each in Kazan, Alekseevsky and Mamadyshsky districts, and 1 in Nizhnekamsk. Construction workers work in 405 apartment buildings located in 36 municipalities. The total program completion is 32%. The rest of the facilities are scheduled to undergo major repairs in mid-June.
"For the remaining 137 apartment buildings, the Housing and Communal Services Fund will announce auctions after the release of a new program with adjusted limits," said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
