Today, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the republican headquarters for preparations for the heating period of 2026-2027.
Mazit Salikhov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided general information on the preparations for the winter season of life support systems for social and cultural institutions and apartment buildings.
Thus, according to the data entered by the municipal districts into the Housing Stock Monitoring System (MFM), 2,110 boiler houses out of 2,705 have been prepared. In Alkeevsky, Zainsky, Kukmorsky, Rybnoslobodsky and Spassky districts, full readiness is noted. At the same time, in Baltasinsky, Aksubayevsky, Muslyumovsky and Nizhnekamsk districts, the actual indicator is zero.
Work has been completed on 1,960 educational facilities, which is 62%; 1,236 healthcare facilities (66%); 1,254 cultural facilities (68%); 105 social protection facilities (69%); 201 sports facilities (68%) and 42 youth facilities (38%).
Readiness certificates have been presented for 2,110 apartment buildings out of 18,224, which is 11% of the plan.
During the meeting, Mazit Salikhov reminded the heads of municipalities of the need to update information on the progress of preparations for the heating period in the Housing Stock Monitoring system.
