The second stage of the Kumys Gora recreation park has been improved in the Yutazinsky district
The second stage of the improvement of the Kumys Gora recreation park in the village of Yutazinskaya Kumys Sanatorium of the Yutazinsky district has been completed.
The work with financing of 10 million rubles was carried out under the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
According to the GISU of the Republic of Tatarstan, a sports complex, a double horizontal bar, stationary and bicycle simulators, two concrete tennis tables have been installed on an area of over 871 square meters. Sidewalks made of paving stones, a sports ground made of rubber chips, and an information stand have been installed. A video surveillance system and outdoor electrical networks have also been installed on the renovated site, and plants have been planted.
During the first stage, landscaping was carried out in 2025, children's playgrounds were equipped, benches, urns were installed, street lighting and a video surveillance system were installed.
Landscaping will be continued in the following years. As a result, the park will become a modern public space and a comfortable point of attraction for the population.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the improvement of 51 public territories in 2026 in the amount of about 2.7 billion rubles. 36 of them are under the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
