Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan: Cultural, social welfare, sports, and youth facilities in Tatarstan fully prepared for the heating season
Today, a regular meeting of the republic's task force reviewed the readiness of utility systems in socio-cultural institutions and apartment buildings for the 2026–2027 winter season.
Mazit Salikhov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, who chaired the meeting, reported that work has been completed on 2,927 out of 2,953 boiler houses, representing 99% completion. In Kazan and the Leninogorsk District, the actual completion rate is below the republic-wide average.
According to data from the "Housing Stock Monitoring" system, facilities for culture, social welfare, sports, and youth affairs are fully prepared for the start of the heating season. Work is nearing completion at educational (99%) and healthcare (99%) facilities.
Certificates of readiness have been submitted for 16,775 out of 18,238 apartment buildings, amounting to 91% of the target. However, in 11 municipalities, the actual completion rate remains below the republic's average.
