Archery Center opened in Kazan
An archery Center was opened in Kazan. The ceremony was attended by the Prosecutor General of Russia Alexander Gutsan, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Mikhail Degtyarev, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
A new sports complex was built on the territory of "Tasma" sports school. The specialized center will allow archers to train all year round. A large playpen measuring 96x51 m is equipped for classes. The center is designed for 100 people per shift, and it is planned to carry out up to four shifts per day. The facility was built in less than a year.
There are comfortable locker rooms, coaching rooms, a gym and an administrative building. The complex is equipped with all necessary infrastructure for athletes and coaching staff. The opening of the center will allow holding Russian championships and international tournaments in Kazan.
