The Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan has issued permits for the construction of almost 5.9 million "squares" of housing. More than 3 million square meters are under construction.

The number of mortgages issued in Tatarstan in January 2026 increased 2.2 times compared to the same month last year, and their volume in monetary terms increased 3.4 times, exceeding 16 billion rubles.
