On the basis of a new decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the validity period of construction permits expiring before August 1, 2022 is extended for a year. Also, the period of use of information in the urban development plan of the land plot for the preparation of project documentation, the issuance of a construction permit and amendments to it, expiring on January 1, 2023, is extended for one year.

In Tatarstan, in accordance with the schedule, republican programs of capital repairs of housing stock and social facilities, programs in the field of modernization of housing and communal services are being implemented.

This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

From April 15 to May 30, residents of Tatarstan will be able to identify public spaces that, in their opinion, should be improved next year. In addition to the possibility of choosing parks, squares and embankments, Tatarstan citizens for the second year can vote for courtyards that will be updated as a priority under the Presidential program "Our Yard" in 2023.

In 2022, 5.56 billion rubles will be allocated in Tatarstan for the overhaul of educational facilities. In total, 141 educational facilities are planned to be overhauled this year. The renovation of 66 schools is carried out under the state program "Development of Education". This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov at a press conference in the Tatar-Inform news agency.

The conference "Housing Construction: New challenges and prospects" was held in Kazan.

From April 20 to 22, the 27th specialized exhibition of construction and finishing materials, technologies and equipment "VolgaStroyExpo" will be held on the territory of the Kazan Fair exhibition center. More than 40 different organizations of the construction industry and the industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and 9 cities of Russia will present their products and take part in business events of the exhibition.

A general meeting of the self-regulatory organization Association "Commonwealth of Organizations managing Apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held today. The event was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The plant of large panel housing construction "Kazan DSK" has modernized the workshop for the production of precast concrete products, thanks to which the output increased by 30%, to 130 thousand cubic meters per year, the director of the enterprise Andrey Nekrasov said during a press tour of the production.

The order of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the schedule for the implementation in 2022 of the algorithm of actions for technological connection to water supply and sanitation facilities.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", it is planned to improve 27 public spaces and 6 objects-winners of the Competition of small towns and historical settlements. In total, this year federal and republican programs provide for the construction of 65 facilities on the territory of Tatarstan.
