On this day, free legal aid to the population will be provided at the regional public reception of the Chairman of the "UNITED RUSSIA" Party; in public reception areas of the district (city) branches of the party "UNITED RUSSIA". And also in the centers of free legal assistance to the population of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian Bar Association. The event is planned to be held in cities and regions of the republic during the whole working day from 08:00 to 15:30 (in Kazan from 9:00 to 16:30) without lunch break with shift staff of consultants. During the week, heat will be supplied to all socially significant facilities where there are children and patients. Throughout the republic, we will start connecting to the heat from tomorrow,” - said the speaker. “The condition of our apartments, hospitals and kindergartens tells us that the heat must already be included. The average daily temperature from Friday allows us to make a decision on starting the heating season,” - the speaker noted.

The duration of the heating period in the republic is two-thirds of the calendar year. This year, due to weather conditions, the heating season in Tatarstan started on average a week earlier in the republic than a year earlier. This was announced today at a press conference in Kazan. “Last year, the heating season in the republic began on 21st of September, representatives of the Aktanyshsky district were the first who join the heating campaign. This is facilitated by weather conditions. “We are giving priority to this issue. From tomorrow we will begin monitoring the heating supply in all municipalities,” - said Nasyrov.

As soon as the overhaul repairing is completed in the educational institutions of the republic, they will be provided with 100 percent heat. Tatarstan's healthcare, education and social facilities for the heating season-2019 are 99-100 percent ready. Within the framework of the meeting, 2 questions were considered: on the progress in preparing special equipment, vehicles and railway sidings for work in the winter conditions of the future heating period, as well as information on the elimination of comments on preparations for the heating period 2019/2020, submitted by the Volga Department of Rostekhnadzor on objects of several municipalities . As for the overhaul of the premises of the municipal archives, on 12th of September, work was completed at 8 sites, at 5 sites out of 13, work is underway. In Tatarstan, the republican program “Our Yard” is being formed and its implementation will begin in 2020.
