On September 21-24, 2020, in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, the First Central-Eastern Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) will be held, the republic won the right to host the results of the bidding campaign. The organizer of the Congress is the ERTICO ITS Europe Association. Co-organizers of the Congress are the ministries and departments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. This is a new and large-scale event in the history of the ERTICO Association, aimed at the development of ITS in Russia, the CIS countries, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. An industry event of a similar level and significance will be held for the first time on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Application Statuses: Application received.   The building was built in 1978  and designed for 130 children. Repair work at this facility was launched in March this year. As a result, in less than six months, the kindergarten building has noticeably changed. Here, in particular,   the "UKS" LLC contracting team repaired and insulated the facade, replaced the roof, windows, doors, and engineering systems for water supply, sanitation, and heating. The kitchen was completely renovated and re-equipped, new furniture and equipment were purchased, and cameras for external and internal surveillance were installed. In addition, there are now heated floors on the ground floor. The improvement also affected the adjacent territory - the roads were paved, most of the fencing was replaced. The head of the Bavlinsky municipal district, Ramil Gatiyatullin, congratulated everyone on the occasion. He expressed gratitude to the leadership of our republic, to all those who took part in the transformation of the kindergarten. About 20 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget for repairs, and 13.3 million rubles from the district budget.

In total, in August 2019, 25 (23 written and 2 oral) appeals of citizens were received by Chistopol ZHI. From the number of received appeals, 9 appeals were examined with the place in place, 8 of which were taken under inspection control (instructions were issued). For other appeals, corresponding explanations are given. According to the data of the managing organizations for August 2019, according to the requirements of the Chistopol ZHI, works worth 141.6 thousand rubles were completed.

The Ministry of Construction of Russia eliminates the need to obtain technical certificates for assessing the suitability of facade thermal insulation composite systems with external plaster layers (SFTC). This was made possible thanks to the developed system of regulatory documents. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Construction,  Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volkov. “The cancellation of obtaining technical certificates at SFTC  solves important problems. Firstly, it removes the barrier for new players to enter the market of stucco facade systems, and secondly, it contributes to increased competition and improved product quality. Over the past 20 years, a system of issuing technical certificates to the SFTC  has been operating and such regulation had its justification. However, now, thanks to the developed system of regulatory documents, there is no need for technical certificates. We think it expedient to continue work to reduce them in other areas, ” - said Dmitry Volkov.

Within two weeks, municipalities will analyze the results of the survey to determine priorities in the improvement of the local area. The republican program “Our Yard” will be adopted before the end of this year. This was announced at a press conference by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov, answering a question from the correspondent of Tatar-inform news agency. “Municipalities must work out these data and prepare an analysis within two weeks. We accumulate all these data in Kazan, I think we will even attract volunteers,” - he said. Also, the Ministry of Construction conducted an inventory of yards together with the Bureau of Technical Inventory.

In the framework of the republican program “Our Yard”, residents of the republic may ask to install fountains in their territories. This was announced to reporters by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov. “If the population actively insists that the fountain is needed, and together with the management company they are ready to support it in the future, why not? I think the question depends on the aggregate opinion of the citizens who live in this courtyard, ”- he said. The questioning is carried out on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, who announced on the 20th of August the launch of the new republican program “Our Yard” - within the framework of it, repair and improvement of all courtyard spaces of apartment buildings in all regions and cities of the republic will be held in Tatarstan within three years. 50 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the program, including from the revenues of oil companies of the republic.

1 million 665 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan, which is 68.7% of the plan. Such data was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Frolov. The meeting via videoconferencing was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. Alexey Frolov said that since the beginning of 2019, 990 inspections have been carried out by the State Construction Inspection Inspectorate. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 262 decisions were issued for a total amount of 10 million 396 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations audited 862 organizations - members of SROs. As regards individual housing construction in the republic, out of the planned 7,325 houses, 6,294 objects were commissioned. As part of the implementation of the Accessible Environment program, it is planned to adapt 12 objects of educational institutions. On 5th of September, work was completed in 8 institutions. Also in the republic, 6 new cowsheds and 64 silo-silage trenches were built. Overhaul of 89 cowsheds, 43 machine-tractor parks and 97 grain flows was completed.
