The 85th anniversary of TIGP!

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin congratulated Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt on the 85th anniversary of the foundation of the institution. State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" is the assignee of the institute "Tatargrazhdanproekt" ("Tatproekt"), which was founded in 1934. In November of this year, the company celebrates the 85th anniversary of production activities. The general director of the enterprise is Adel Albertovich Khusnutdinov. The Institute designed master plans, formed the rules for land use and development of more than 1000 objects, which are located not only in the Republic of Tatarstan but also in other regions of Russia. "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" made a huge contribution to the finals of the VII National Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia). The Institute acted as the author of the project of the "Kazan Expo" International Exhibition Center, on the territory of which professional skill competitions were held this year.

Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” was included in the rating of the best design, survey organizations of the construction complex according to the results of 2018 and was awarded a diploma - “Leader of the construction complex of Russia”. In addition, the institute was named the “Elite of the Russian Construction Complex”, and Adel Albertovich Khusnutdinov, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”, was awarded the diploma “The best head of the design (design and survey) organization in Russia”. On behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I congratulate the colleagues and employees of "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" on the 85th anniversary of its founding! We thank the TIGP team for their great contribution and assistance in the implementation of the construction of affordable and comfortable housing, the design of infrastructure facilities, the revival of cultural heritage, improvement and development of the territory of Tatarstan. The hands of specialists working in "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" embody the most daring modern urban development projects. We wish to continue to develop, to ensure the proper pace and quality of work.
