46 Russian and foreign construction companies are participating in the real estate exhibition within the framework of the International Economic Forum
Today, within the framework of the International Economic Forum "Russia - the Islamic World: KazanForum", Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin and Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia Irek Fayzullin visited the exhibition of real estate and infrastructure projects.
The exhibition opened in one of the pavilions of the Kazan Expo IEC on an area of 1,574 square meters.
46 construction companies from Russia, Turkey, the Kingdom of Cambodia and Turkmenistan presented 35 stands.
Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin provided information about the region's construction complex.
Marat Aizatullin said that the share of Tatarstan's construction industry in the gross regional product is 7.3%. In 2025, the volume of work performed by the type of activity "construction" exceeded 1,025 billion rubles, 3,515,000 square meters of housing were commissioned. A total of 3,910 facilities worth 166.11 billion rubles were implemented last year under 7 national projects, 48 republican, 4 state programs and extracurricular activities.
This year, according to the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is planned to implement 3702 objects worth 150.06 billion rubles. 3,175,000 square meters of housing are to be built, 1,785,029 square meters have been commissioned by May 12.
Tatarstan companies Ak Bars Dom, Ak Tash, Suvarstroit, Unistroy, SMU-88, ArsenalGidro, Tatelectromontazh, Tatlift and others participate in the exhibition.
