This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting.
According to the commercial construction program, 88 apartment buildings with a total area of about 808 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 77% of the planned volume.
According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has reached 60% - 34 houses with a total area of more than 90 thousand square meters have been built, including 14 houses in Sabinsky district, 4 in Zelenodolsk, 3 in Kazan, 2 each in Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga and Cheremshansky districts, 1 each in Almetyevsk, Apastovsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Mamadyshsky and Tukayevsky districts.
The residential housing program has been implemented by 69% - 1,372 million square meters of housing have been commissioned.
