The plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been completed by 58%
The housing commissioning plan has been completed by 58% to date - more than 1 million 840 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a meeting with all municipalities via videoconference.
According to Marat Aizatullin, 70% of the planned volume has been completed through commercial construction: 80 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 725 thousand square meters. m.
According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 38%. The construction of 10 of the 108 houses that need to be built this year has been completed. Their total area is more than 57 thousand square meters. m.
1 million 61 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned through individual housing construction, or 54% of the plan.
