Currently, repair work is being carried out in 14 of the 15 resource centers. As part of the program for the overhaul repairing of educational facilities in Tatarstan, the resource centers operating in the republic will be repaired. For these purposes, 681.3 million rubles were allocated from the budget, said at the press conference in the Tatar-inform news agency, the head of the Department for Operation and Implementation of Housing and Public Utilities Programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Gallyamov. “In the education sphere, we have planned the overhaul repairing of resource centers. The amount of financing is more than 681 million rubles,” - the speaker said. He also added that in total in the republic it is planned to repair 15 resource centers. At the moment, repair work is carried out at 14 sites. According to the head of the department, the overhaul in these centers was complete on 30%.

In total, the Republic plans to put in order 26 such objects. In 2019, 100 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of teen clubs and the strengthening of their material base in Tatarstan. More than 70% of the work on this program has already been done. The head of the Department of Operation and Implementation of Housing and Public Utilities Programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Galliamov told this at a press conference at the IA Tatar-inform. “The amount of funding is about 100 million rubles. Repair of 26 teen clubs is planned. To date, the implementation is quite high - about 70%,”- said the speaker. According to the head of the department, at the moment the overhaul repairing is being conducted at 21 facilities. At the same time, five out of 26 teenage clubs have already been repaired: "Impuls" in Almetyevsk,  "Clever", "Energy", "Azamat" and "Rovesnik" in Nizhnekamsk.

In total, for the current year, it is planned to overhaul 150 educational institutions. In total, over 3 billion rubles were allocated for the overhaul of the educational facilities of Tatarstan in 2019. According to the deputy minister, at the moment in the republic eight educational institutions are already repaired: three schools and five kindergartens. All the remaining 142 sites are already under repair. It is about 26 secondary schools, nine specialized boarding schools and 107 kindergartens, the speaker explained. Earlier, the Tatar-inform news agency reported that under the program of the overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan, 942 buildings should be repaired.

The amount of financing is 5 billion 852 million 702 thousand rubles,” - said the speaker. Most of the funds allocated for the implementation of the program are citizens' payments for capital repairs - 3.7 billion rubles. The program is designed for 30 years, until 2043, and is updated every year.

A kindergarten in the village of Nizhnya Oshma was built in 1982, until 2019 only redecoration was carried out in this building. In Mamadyshsky district of Tatarstan, the repair of kindergartens continues as part of the Republican overhaul of educational facilities that have been in operation for more than 30 years. This year, thanks to this program, two kindergartens will be repaired. Zverozovkhoz and Nizhneoshminsk kindergartens this academic year will be met in new buildings. The builders will update the roof, facade, engineering networks, the blind area, replace doors, windows, fire alarms, electricity and water networks, and make floor heating on the first floor. At the moment, the bathroom is being renovated. The construction plan was fulfilled by 65%. “Mamadyshsky district allocated 22.8 million rubles for the repair of preschool educational institutions,” - the newspaper notes.

In the first half of 2019, Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate surveyed a total of 298 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5,016.31 square meters. Among them, according to scheduled inspections, 29 houses with a total area of 312.014 thousand square meters, according to unscheduled inspections, 264 houses with a total area of 4704.296 thousand square meters. In total, 834 violations were revealed, including the rules for technical operation and maintenance of the housing stock - 704, rules for the use of residential premises - 102, standards for the level and mode of providing the population with public services - 28. All in all, fines were imposed for the total amount of 1,041,000 rubles, of which the NZHI revealed fines on 387,000 rubles, and the World Court on 645,000 rubles. Fines paid in the amount of 534 000 rubles (51.3% of the total amount of fines imposed). During the 6 months of 2019, the management companies and housing cooperatives, according to the instructions of the Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate, carried out repairs to the general property in the amount of 2,997,590 thousand rubles.

In the course of planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspection - Aznakaevsky, Bugulminsky, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsk, Yutazinsky, inspectors of the Bugulma Zonal Housing Inspection for the 1st half of 2019 examined 475 residential buildings with a total area of ​​3168.99 thousand square meters. During the inspections, 720 violations of the rules for the technical operation and repair of the housing stock, the norms of the level and regime of providing the population with public services were revealed. Based on the results of the checks, 491 orders were issued to the management organizations and individuals, 132 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up, including: for legal entities -3, officials -20, individuals-109. A total amount of fines were 382300 rubles. Actually fines paid in the amount of 334300 rubles.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of overhaul repairing of apartment buildings in 2019, the work was performed in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles, which is 47.4%. Thus, in the framework of the national project "Demography" in 2018-2019, construction of 29 kindergartens is planned with the creation of 6,010 places, including 3,090 nursery beds. As of 5th of July 2019, work was completed at 3 sites. Construction continues at 26 sites, including the laying of walls at 1 site; roofing on 5 objects; decoration, windows and doors, networks at 20 sites. As for the overhaul of educational facilities, on 5th of July, work is underway at 26 sites out of 29. At 3 sites, work has been completed.
