The results of the VII National WorldSkills Russia Championship have been summed up. Tatarstan won the first place in the team event, the second place went to Moscow, and the third place was taken by the Moscow region. We remind that the competitions of the National Championship were held on the competences of six blocks of professions: construction, information and communication technologies, creativity and design, production and engineering technologies, services sector, transport and logistics. The construction sphere brought 8 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze medals in the team event. The final of the VII National Championship "Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia)" was held in Kazan from 20 to 24 of May More than 1,5 thousand contestants became its participants, from them - 363 juniors. 91 competencies were presented at the competition site, as well as 23 competencies of the Future Skills block. For 48 competencies, WorldSkills Russia Juniors competed.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of overhaul repairing of apartment buildings in 2019, the work was performed in the amount of 1 billion 84 million 989 thousand rubles, which is 18.5%. In total, 936 apartment buildings with a total area of 5.6 million square meters participate in the overhaul program. Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented such data today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Irek Fayzullin reported on the implementation of other programs for the overhaul repairing of facilities. The overhaul of teen clubs is carried out at all 26 planned facilities. The amount of funding is 100 million rubles. Under the program of overhaul repairing of cultural objects, work is being carried out at 39 out of 40 objects. At 1 object the works have been completed. The amount of funding is 412 million 192.14 thousand rubles. A major overhaul of 13 premises of the municipal archives is also planned. As of May 23, work is underway at 9 out of 13 facilities. The amount of funding is 50 million rubles. The overhaul of children's health camps is carried out at 10 sites out of 12 planned. The amount of funding is 699.58 million rubles.
On May 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the exhibition under the 2nd All-Russian Festival “Architectural Heritage 2019” held at the Kazan Kremlin on May 22-26.

One new kindergarten will appear in Arsk, Menzelinsk, Elabuga, Aznakayevo, Kushmany village in Kaybitsky district, Usady village in Laishevsky district, Mamykovo village in Nurlatsky district. In addition, two pre-school institutions will appear in Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk, six kindergartens in Naberezhnye Chelny and ten - in Kazan. The Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision Service of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts construction supervision at these facilities after receipt of a notice of the commencement of construction and in accordance with the approved inspection program. The IV Conference “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” is held in Innopolis from 22nd to 24th of May. Today the second all-Russian festival with international participation “Architectural Heritage” starts in the Kazan Kremlin. As Nikolai Shumakov, President of the Russian Union of Architects, who initiated the first such festival last year under the walls of the Moscow Kremlin in the Manezh, recalled, Kazan “knows how to preserve the architectural heritage and is able to restore it”, therefore Kazan was chosen for the event this year. During the festival, several contests of various projects and examples of the work of the regions of Russia with historical and architectural monuments will take place. On 24th of May following the results of the competitions, a grand prix statuette in the form of a tree will be presented, as well as gold, silver and bronze diplomas.
The deputies adopted in the first reading a bill that provides for the creation of regional funds for the completion of problem objects at the expense of the federal and regional budgets, as well as a compensation fund. The draft law proposes all road maps, all problem objects to be recorded in the appropriate registry in the unified information system of housing construction, so that these data are signed by the regional governors, and that the relevant supervisory authorities must fill in the information on all problem objects. Regions are given the opportunity to create special funds that will deal with the completion of problem objects. Funding for these funds will be provided from the federal budget, regional budgets, and it is also possible to raise additional money from these funds. At the same time, there is strict control over the targeted spending of allocated funds through the mechanism of compulsory bank support for all expenditure transactions of regional funds. The draft law also regulates the procedure for issuing compensation for those citizens whose homes fall into the category of problem objects and cannot be completed.
The museum-educational complex will consist of two objects - the craft of the Tu-144 and a separate building. On the opening day of the VII National Championship "Young Professionals", a discussion was held on the implementation of the project “an interactive museum-educational complex of aviation and technology based on the TU-144 aircraft” with the Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Russian Federation Mikhail Kotyukov. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. As Albert Gilmutdinov, the rector of KNRTU-KAI, noted, there are no such interactive museums based on supersonic passenger aircraft in any country of the world. According to the rector of the university, the project has international tourism potential. The head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan reported that the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated about 1.5 million rubles for design and exploration work. To date, the design and estimate documentation is in a high degree of readiness. The developed planning decisions were agreed with the university (note KNRTU-KAI), and the draft design of the object with the chief architect of Kazan.
