The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin discussed current aspects and prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Russian Federation Mr. Carsten Sendergord. Special attention was paid to the interaction in the field of construction, heat and power supply, water and sewage facilities. Irek Faizullin noted that Tatarstan for many years retains the status of one of the most economically developed subjects of the Russian Federation. Much has been done to modernize urban infrastructure and public spaces. At the end, Mr. Carsten Sendergord thanked Irek Faizullin and all the participants of the event for an open, meaningful conversation and expressed hope for further cooperation.

On September 29, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of heads of ministries and agencies, municipalities and major enterprises of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the current year, as many as 1 650 500 square meters, which makes 70 per cent of the plan for 2018, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

As many as 102 houses for 3873 apartments have been commissioned under the social mortgage programme. It is planned to commission 182 houses under the programme of rental housing and 83 houses have been commissioned under the multi-apartment houses investment programme.

It is planned to provide 297 orphans with housing under residential lease at the total cost of 355m286, 200 thousand roubles as part of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care in 2018.

Faizullin continued that under the programme of construction of rural clubs, as many as 21 of 28 facilities planned have been built.

The major repairs at facilities of the State Veterinary Service and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic have been completed.

The construction of 10 buildings of Executives Committees of municipalities has been completed. The capital repair of seven health facilities is almost completed.

Currently, the work on development of the housing construction programme for 2019-2021 is underway in the republic.

In 12 houses of Leninogorsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan, major repairs have already been completed. In the remaining 5 houses, repairs are coming to an end. This was reported by the head of the executive committee of the Leninogorsk district of RT Nail Zalakov during the inspection of one of the apartment buildings after major repairs. According to him, all works on major repairs in the area are organized at a high level. In the examination of the apartment building on the street Kuibyshev, 48 attended also representatives of the contractor and supervisory organizations and residents of the house. As the director of the contract organization LLC "Argo" Ramil Asadullin said, the house underwent a comprehensive repair for a total of 22.4 million rubles. Completely replaced in-house systems of hot and cold water supply, electricity, heat supply and water disposal. Also, all the entrances and the facade of the house were repaired. In addition to finishing works, new mailboxes have been installed in the entrances and windows have been replaced. Recall that in Leninogorsk district of Tatarstan in 2018, major repairs are carried out in 17 apartment buildings. Of these, one house in village Shugurovo, one - in village Timashev, one - in the village Podlyesny, the rest in Leninogorsk. The total amount of financing for the district is more than 156 million rubles.

The Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on September 27, 2018,issued a report (No. 194/ p) on conformity with the requirements of the technical regulations and project documentation for the residential building No. 5  in the residential complex Emergency Situations Ministry of the city of Kazan.

On the construction industry in the region as a whole, as well as on the implementation of programs in the social sphere and housing and communal services, Minister Irek Faizullin told during a meeting with the Deputy Governor of the Kemerovo Region Gleb Orlov. In detail, the deputy governor inquired about the work of the Housing and Communal Services Foundation of the Republic of Tatarstan (note: Regional Operator for Capital Repairs) and the state customer. The format of the meeting was interactive. The guests were able not only to hear information about a number of significant achievements in the construction and housing and communal services, but also to ask questions and raise the existing problems. Also within the framework of the event was a video about the programs implemented in 2017. "We are always glad to share our useful experience with our colleagues, including from other regions of Russia - the Kemerovo region," - Irek Faizullin said.

On September 27, a three-day internship for municipal employees in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan "Topical issues and problems in construction, architecture and housing and communal services" was closed. The closing ceremony was attended by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Natalia Aksenova, Deputy Director of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU. During the training, municipal employees got acquainted with the activities of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and its structural divisions, JSC BTI RT, visited the departments of the Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan ", GAU" Office of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture ", State Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Inspectorate of States national construction supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan. The closing ceremony was concluded with the presentation of certificates of professional development.

On  2nd of October 2018 Tatarstan regional office of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" is scheduled to hold a Day of free legal assistance timed to the International Day for the Elderly. The event is planned to be held throughout the working day in the regions and cities of the republic from 8:00 to 15:30 (in Kazan from 9:00 to 16:30 hours) without a break for lunch with a shift of consultants. In Pestretzi  the repairs of the central district hospital and polyclinic, as well as the internal work of the facilities have already been completed. The correspondent of RBC-Tatarstan found out when the institutions will put into operation. According to Sergei Larin, the chief specialist of the central territorial department of Glavinveststroi RT, the repair of the Pestrychinsky central regional polyclinic and hospital is being carried out as part of the republican program for overhaul outpatient clinics for 2018. "This year the republic allocated funds in the amount of 73.4 million rubles for the overhaul of this polyclinic, the area of which is about 1 thousand square meters. Works include the replacement of doors, windows, engineering infrastructure: electrical, fire alarm, automation, low-current systems. Also, the water supply, sewerage, roofing, facade, entrance group was replaced. The works are from May and will be completed in November, the facility employs between 30 and 50 people, depending on the type of work. To date, development contains more than 50 million rubles, "- said Larin.
