Only in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan will open three schools in the micro-districts "Salavat Cooper", "Svetlay Dolina" and on Minskay street in Kazan. General educational institutions will also appear in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Buinsk and Agryz regions. As Ildar Rashitov, the head of the department for the implementation of the Glavinvstroy RT programs told RBC-Tatarstan, seven new schools in Tatarstan are designed for 5.4 thousand places, over 4.3 billion rubles were invested in the construction from the federal and republican budgets. One of the most long-awaited in the republic is the school in the new residential neighborhood "Salavat Cooper" will be designed for 1,224 pupils. "Three-storey school building was built with a division into 4 blocks: primary classes, sports, public and administrative blocks," - Rashitov said. On the ground floor of the school there are a separate room for guards, an entrance hall, a wardrobe, a medical room, labor education offices, a canteen. On the second floor there are classrooms, an assembly hall, the offices of the director and the head teachers, a library and a hall for choreography. "In addition, the school has a library, two swimming pools, two gyms with tribunes for spectators. The school will be equipped with new modern furniture and high-tech equipment, which is necessary for the educational process, "- noted the interlocutor of RBC-Tatarstan.

Implementation of innovations in construction, experience of the single customer service, overhaul repairing of apartment buildings and socio-cultural facilities - these and other important topics were discussed today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin and vice-governor - Chairman of the Government of Astrakhan Rasul Sultanov. Tatarstan actively works in the direction of establishing inter-regional ties not only with foreign partners, but also develops cooperation with all subjects of the Russian Federation. So, for the purpose of experience exchange, a delegation from the Astrakhan region, represented by the vice-governor-chairman of the Government of the Astrakhan region Rasul Sultanov, the head of the administration of the Governor of the Astrakhan region Kanat Shantimirov, the minister for international and foreign economic relations of the Astrakhan region Denis Afanasyev arrived in the republic. In accordance with the program of the visit, the members of the delegation visited the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan, where the guests were informed about the economic and investment potential of the republic, and acquainted with the peculiarities of the Tatar national culture, visited the renovated in this year City Polyclinic No.2, student's polyclinic.

On August 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the jury of the open International contest for the development of the concept and master plan of the eco-district in Kazan, held at the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering.

The contest is held for the most efficient and high-quality development of a land of 760-hectares near the Arakchino residential area in the Kirovsky district of Kazan.

The contest with the total prize fund of 12 million roubles started on July 5, 2018.

 According to the idea of the organizers, the project should correspond to the world trend “establishment of a non-urban lifestyle in the urban environment”.  Russian and foreign design teams were invited to participate in the contest. A total of 122 applications were submitted.

The jury included architects, urbanists, economists and public officials.

Today, the Committee for Environmental, Technological and Construction Supervision of the Republic of South Ossetia issued to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of South Ossetia a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation for the object "State Drama Theater named after K.L. Khetagurov". Recall that in November 2013, construction specialists from the Republic of Tatarstan were invited to the Republic of South Ossetia to complete the construction of 16 objects of the Investment Program to Promote the Social and Economic Development of the Republic of South Ossetia in 2014, the construction of which had been started but not yet completed in different periods. Also for these facilities was necessary to develop the actual design and estimate documentation, obtain the conclusions of the state expertise, prepare the executive documentation and put all the facilities into operation. State Drama Theater named after K.L. Khetagurov had to be built anew, dismantling the old theater, destroyed during the war. The four-story building of the State Drama Theater consists of two main functional groups - the visual and the stage parts. The capacity of the auditorium is 500 seats.

On August 18, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilites of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 836 inspections and issued 269 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 10m 135 thousand roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

On August 17, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremony of awarding winners and prize-winners of the final of the 6th National Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia).  The regional team ranked second in the overall standings. "Our task is to enhance the prestige of blue-collar jobs. Since Russia joined the WorldSkills family, a lot has been done in this regard. Your achievement at the national championship - the second team place – is very good result,”  Minnikhanov said in his welcoming speech.

In the polyclinic of the central district hospital (Galaktionov street) the major overhaul of the building is undergoing. The renovation was made possible through the implementation of the republican program "Capital repairs of buildings of outpatient clinics". Updated almost everything: starting the roof, ending with the input groups. There will be an elevator, spacious light halls, comfortable offices, modern equipment, ramps, logistics will change, it will be easier for patients to navigate in the layout of the cabinets. For this, the builders made a redevelopment in the building. To date,  the roof, windows, all utilities were replaced.

The contest "Regions - sustainable development" is held annually from 2011 in the order of execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation to enhance the investment attractiveness of the regions of the Russian Federation and the creation of new mechanisms for financing investment projects. From 1st of September  to 30th of October 2018, the autumn stage of selection of applications for investment projects eligible for preferential lending is being conducted. This year, repair of 28 educational organizations for the amount of 681 million rubles is planned: 16 municipal and 12 correctional schools, and 94 kindergartens for 1 billion 794 million rubles. This was told by Airat Gallyamov, the head of the operation and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, at a press conference dedicated to the issues of construction and major repairs of social facilities. "For 6 years of implementing this program, 926 educational institutions of the republic were repaired: 704 municipal and 49 correctional schools, 173 kindergartens. The total amount of financing amounted to about 15 billion rubles, - concluded the representative of the Ministry. - To date, construction and installation work on general education schools have been completed at 91.7%, the work has been totally completed at 7 sites. Correction schools have 76.5% construction and installation works. The kindergartens at 22 work sites have been completed".

In the current year, 28 cultural facilities for a total of 281 million rubles are planned to be built. "Since 2012, in order to create a high quality of life in municipalities, access to cultural values, opportunities to meet cultural needs and creative self-realization of the population, the Program for the construction of multifunctional cultural centers is being implemented. In total for the period from 2012 to 2017, at the expense of the republican budget: 2 billion 624 million rubles – were built 257 rural clubs, - said Ilshat Gimaev. As the deputy minister noted, to date, the work has been completed at 4 sites: Zainsky, Mamadysh, Kaibitsky, Drozhzhanovsky municipalities, construction is continuing at 24 sites.
