Tatarstan - Astrakhan region: establishment of interregional relations
Implementation of innovations in construction, experience of the single customer service, overhaul repairing of apartment buildings and socio-cultural facilities - these and other important topics were discussed today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin and vice-governor - Chairman of the Government of Astrakhan Rasul Sultanov. Tatarstan actively works in the direction of establishing inter-regional ties not only with foreign partners, but also develops cooperation with all subjects of the Russian Federation. So, for the purpose of experience exchange, a delegation from the Astrakhan region, represented by the vice-governor-chairman of the Government of the Astrakhan region Rasul Sultanov, the head of the administration of the Governor of the Astrakhan region Kanat Shantimirov, the minister for international and foreign economic relations of the Astrakhan region Denis Afanasyev arrived in the republic. In accordance with the program of the visit, the members of the delegation visited the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan, where the guests were informed about the economic and investment potential of the republic, and acquainted with the peculiarities of the Tatar national culture, visited the renovated in this year City Polyclinic No.2, student's polyclinic. Irek Fayzullin during the meeting spoke about the experience of Tatarstan in the field of construction, housing and communal services, the results of the implementation of programs for the overhaul repairing of apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities, as well as on existing housing construction programs for various segments of the population. As the vice-governor Rasul Sultanov noted, the Astrakhan region and Tatarstan have great potential for cooperation in various fields: "The centuries-old fraternal relations are associated with Tatarstan's positive experience, which we will get acquainted with during our visit, will be in demand in the Astrakhan region. The relationship between the regions is based on the agreement signed in 2006, which the Astrakhan region proposes to modernize. During the meeting, the head of the administration of the Governor of the Astrakhan region Kanat Shantimirov told about the application of those standard projects - objects of social and cultural purpose, which are already being implemented in the Astrakhan region. Thanking for his cooperation, Kanat Shantimirov handed over the Certificate of Honor of the Governor of the Astrakhan Region for contribution to the promotion of social and economic development of the Astrakhan region to Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
