The final of the VI national championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) will be held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk from 8 to 12 August 2018 at 2 venues: "Alleya" shopping and entertainment center and Pushyh airfield (Korsakov). In the final will take part 1400 contestants and experts on 62 competencies of Worldsills and 36 competencies of Worldsells Juniors. To the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to participate in the final stage, were selected 58 contestants for 44 competencies, as well as 23 contestants for 15 competencies, "Worldskills junior." The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan is represented by 9 participants and 9 experts-compriots in 8 competencies: "Brickwork"; "Carpentry business"; "Furniture manufacture"; "Refrigeration and air-conditioning systems"; "Painting and decorative works"; "Facing with tiles"; "Joinery"; "Roofing". For the participants this is actually the last chance when they can get into the expanded national team of Russia at the WorldSkills World Championship finals, which will be held in 2019 in Kazan. According to the results of the National Final, the last additional set will be held.

August 2, 2018 in Moscow, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the XIV All-Russian competition for the best design, survey and other organization of a similar profile of the construction complex for 2017 was held. More than 100 organizations of the construction complex of the Russian Federation took part in the event. The state autonomous institution "Management of state expertise and pricing in the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture" was awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree of the winner for achieving high efficiency of the results of activity in the current economic conditions.

A new kindergarten in the residential complex "Yubileinaya Station" in Kazan will open its doors to the children in September, said Dinar Sagdatullin, head of the development department of the construction complex of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, during a visit to a pre-school institution. According to Dinar Sagdatullin, preschool is designed for 220 children, and this representing 11 groups. In the rooms for each group there are a games room, a bedroom and a toilet room with washbasins. The first floor designed for the kids, and the older children on the second floor. In the group for older children, there is a projector and a screen. Modern equipment is installed in the kitchen. There are only not enough products and cooks, everything else is ready for work. On the territory of the institution there are playgrounds with verandas and a general sports ground where you can play streetball - basketball with one basket.

From 3 to 7 October 2018 Kazan will host an international architectural festival "Eco-Bereg" - the only event in Russia dedicated to the comprehension and development of urban coastal zones. The third step is to choose a decorative coating according to the pattern, to repeat the texture of wood, metal or stone. The next task is to make a mural from a picture. On the fifth - the participants demonstrate their imagination, present works in a free style. This year Alina will have a Japanese theme with sakura flowers. The next task is to paint the panel according to the color scale of the sample.

Now families with a second or third child born during the period from 1th of January, 2018 to 31th of December, 2022, are entitled to a preferential mortgage. Baltika» Breweries (part of the international Carlsberg Group) together with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan implements on the territory of the republic a project on the development of a separate waste collection system "Bring benefits to your city". The result of the first six months of the life of the project - collected and processed more than 50 tons of waste. Given such positive results, «Baltika» has expressed its readiness to continue participating in the project - to continue investing in the ecological infrastructure of Tatarstan.

This year 995 apartment buildings will be repaired in Tatarstan. For these purposes, nearly 6.1 billion rubles have been allocated, of which less than 1.4 billion rubles fall to the budget of republic, to the budget of municipalities - almost 0.9 million rubles, citizens' funds - more than 3.8 billion rubles. This was at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" told the deputy director of the Main investment and construction department of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Abuzyarov. In total, it is planned to improve the living conditions of more than 224 thousand residents of the republic. The planned works include the repair of the facade, roof, sewerage network, water supply and heat supply networks, as well as the repair of the porches.

"Belochka" - the third renovated kindergarten in the district. There are also schools in the program. The year 2019 will become a jubilee year for the kindergarten. He will be exactly forty-five years old. Almost half a century old the building does not remember such repairs. Only once  the roof was changed . Now the kindergarten has acquired not only beautiful walls and new furniture, but also a reliably planned and updated communication system.
