Lowering the mortgage rate to 6% in the case of child birth

Now families with a second or third child born during the period from 1th of January, 2018 to 31th of December, 2022, are entitled to a preferential mortgage. The rules for subsidizing and issuing preferential mortgages for families with children are approved and spelled out in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2017 No. 1711.
