This year, repairs of 19 rooms of the municipal archives of the Republic of Tatarstan is planned (Menzelinsky, Alekseevsky, Mendeleevsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Aznakaevsky, Tetyushsky, Bavlinsky, Atninsky, Aksubaevsky, Kaibitsky, Muslyumovsky, Tyulyachinsky, Spassky, Leninogorsk , Kamsko-Ustinsky, Tukaevsky, Yutazinsky districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny). The volume of financing is 50 million rubles. To date, the work is carried out on 8 objects out of 19. At 11 objects of work are completed, including in the Bavlinsky and Atninsky area. We remind you that the program for the overhaul of municipal archives has been in effect since last year. Overhaul of 17 facilities was allocated 50 million rubles.

On June 29, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme. In particular, he said that 12 municipal schools of 16 planned are being overhauled and four of them have been overhauled. In addition, the capital repair of 12 special schools is under way. As many as 89 educational facilities of 94 planned are being overhauled.

June 28, 2018 in the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting on the construction of universal sports grounds and modular-block ski bases. During the meeting, issues of development, issuance of design estimates, as well as reports on the progress of construction and installation work were considered. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, design and contract organizations. We remind that according to the plan for 2018 in the republic, construction of 97 universal sports grounds and 16 - modular-block ski bases is planned.

On June 23, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that  since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 654 inspections and issued 197 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 7,889,000 roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

Speaking about the inspections at the construction facilities, Minnikhanov said that labour safety rules should be strictly applied, because it impacts on people’s lives.

According to Faizullin, as of June 22, as many as 1,194,600 square meters of housing, which makes 116 per cent of the plan as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic has reported to the statistics agencies on 104 houses for 2,831 apartments with the area of 153,900 square meters built under the social mortgage programme.

He also reported that under the programme of rental housing, it is planned to commission 185 houses for 545 apartments with the total area of 28,700 square meters.

As part of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, it is scheduled to accommodate 297 orphans with the allocated budget of 355m 286,2 thousand roubles.

As of June 22, major repairs at 33 of 46 facilities of the State Veterinary Service and Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic are underway.
