From March 12 to 16th 2018, the final (all-Russian) stage of the All-Russian student's Olympiad in the discipline "Construction Thermophysics (Heat Engineering)" was held at the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NNSAGU). Irek Fayzullin said that as on16th of March 742.3 thousand square meters (30.9% of the plan) have been introduced in the republic, which is 140% of the corresponding period last year.

Within the framework of measures to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 5 houses are being built for 13 veterans. Of these, 3 objects are in a high degree of readiness and 2 objects are in medium degree. Under the program of multifamily investment housing in 2018, it is planned to rent 120 houses. To date, 40 objects have already been put into operation. For the remaining 80 objects, the situation is as follows: 25 houses are in a high degree of readiness, 38 - in the middle and 17 - in the low. Today in the village of Tarlovka a biological wastewater treatment plant was opened. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Elabuga district Gennady Emelyanov and the general director of the Gasification, Energy Saving Technologies and Development of Utility Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan Jaudat Minnahmetov. The new facility is designed to process 150 cubic meters of sewage per day. The drains pass a 4-fold purification. The so-called "dead water" will be animated by bacteria. The first testers were fish. The works were carried out at the expense of the republican budget and were implemented for 5 months. Installed facilities are made of polypropylene and fiberglass. And what is important here the smell of sewage is absent. And the premise and the project assume the possibility of installing additional reservoirs, which will increase the capacity of the facility in the future. Now biological treatment facilities treat 20 cubic meters of sewage per day.

On March 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony of the Kazan Circus after the one-year reconstruction.

Over 1,500 children from large families from all over Tatarstan became the first spectators.

“As a major overhaul was completed, we decided that the first spectators of the Kazan circus should be exemplary, large families. The family is the foundation of any country, this is what we should be proud of. Today, the Kazan Circus meets all modern requirements and opens its doors again”, Tatarstan President said.

Minnikhanov also thanked the builders and designers of the building of the Kazan Circus and handed in the state awards to the staff.

About one billion roubles have been allocated from the regional budget for the overhaul and modernization of the circus, which lasted 11 months.

The renovation of the building was carried out taking into account modern standards, its historical features are not violated. Only little changes in connection with the sanitary and fire safety regulations.

Some work has been carried out to strengthen the dome structures, repair floors and roofing.  There was not air conditioning and ventilation system in the circus before. Modern equipment is installed here now.

Recall that the brewery "Belyi Kreml" with a total area of ​​more than 153 thousand square meters began to build on the site of the industrial park "Chistopol" in June 2017. The contract for the construction of the plant was received by the company "Unionstroy Plus". The design capacity of the plant will be 10 million decaliters per year with the possibility of expansion. The factory plans to create about 400 jobs.
