Irek Fayzullin: During 10 years, 111 problem objects of shared construction were commissioned

In the Republic of Tatarstan from 2007 to 2017, 111 problem objects of shared construction with a total area of ​992 thousand square meters were commissioned, in which 13 thousand 738 equity holders received an apartment. Such data was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry. To protect consumers from unscrupulous developers, Vladimir Putin set the task to move from shared construction to project financing. Currently, in accordance with the "Roadmap" approved by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, monitoring is being carried out on 33 problem-share blocks, in which 4211 equity holders purchased apartments.
