Construction of a 96-apartment social mortgage house started in Alekseevskoye settlement
As part of the social mortgage program, a 96-apartment building is being constructed on Salikh Battal Street in the settlement of Alekseevskoye, Alekseevsky district.
According to the Main Investment and Construction Department of Tatarstan, the future building will have four entrances and five floors, including an underground level. It will include 24 one-room and 24 three-room apartments, as well as 48 two-room apartments with a total design area of 7,890 square meters. All apartments will be delivered with full finishing.
Currently, builders are constructing the external and internal walls. The project completion level is 20%.
As previously reported, 108 houses will be built in 2026 under the social mortgage program. At present, 10 houses with a total area of over 57 thousand square meters have already been commissioned.
Improving housing provision for citizens aligns with the goals of the national project “Infrastructure for Life.”
