Housing commissioning plan in Tatarstan fulfilled by 52%
The Minister of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, presented the main report on the progress of housing construction today at a meeting in the Government House.
The meeting was held via videoconference and chaired by the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
“As of April 18, the housing commissioning plan has been fulfilled by 52%, with more than 1.636 million square meters commissioned,” said Marat Aizatullin.
In commercial construction, 66 apartment buildings with a total area of about 600 thousand square meters have been completed, which is 58% of the plan.
Under the social mortgage program, 38% of the annual plan has been fulfilled. Out of 108 houses, 10 have been built with a total area of more than 57 thousand square meters.
In individual housing construction, 978 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned, which is 49%.
