In Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Yelabuga, "Baltika" company will install containers for the separate collection of household waste. The project "Bring the Benefit to Your City" is realized within the framework of the sustainable development program "Goal 4 Zero: Together for the Future". Containers are divided into three sections - for cardboard waste, PET packaging and glass. Serving containers will be a local industry operator. The separate collection allows us to use household waste for the second time and make a real contribution to the conservation of nature. Only for 9 months of 2017 within the project "Bring the Benefit to Your City" more than 40 thousand tons of various packaging waste was collected and sent for processing.

December 1 in the Ministry of Construction of Russia took place summing up the results of the first All-Russian competition and a solemn ceremony of rewarding the best specialists in the field of pricing and budgetary rationing in the field of urban development. Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Hamit Mavliyarov expressed gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for information support and assistance rendered during the first All-Russian competition "The Best Expert in Pricing and Estimated Valuation in the Sphere of Urban Development". The team of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the winners of the IV Republican contest "The Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017". Specialists of Tatarstan became winners in two nominations. A total of 272 applications were submitted for the competition.

In the village of Starye Chechkaby, the Kaibitsky district, a modular paramedic and obstetrical station was opened. This is the eighth feldsher-midwife station in the district, produced at the Tatarstan plant "Neftemash" in Aznakaevo. When the facility was opened, the head of the district, Albert Rakhmatullin, stressed that the modular paramedic and obstetric center was built within the framework of the Republican program, for which the population of the village are very grateful to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. In the new building there are observation rooms, treatment rooms, a cabinet for storing medicines, refrigerators, and hot water. All conditions for providing high-quality medical care have been created.

The objects that are in Kazan at the stage of repair and restoration work were inspected today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin and others. The first object visited by Rustam Minnikhanov was the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan (Sandetsky Manor, early 20th century), located at. K. Marks st., 64. The building is a part of the cultural heritage of federal significance, here are carried out repair and restoration work. For the moment, the roof has been replaced. As part of the restoration work, engineering communications will also be replaced, the building will be equipped with security and fire alarm systems, temperature and humidity support systems, etc. The facility includes exposition-exhibition areas, administrative and economic part, storage, the total area of the facility is 1800 square meters. The next was the Gallery of Contemporary Art of the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan, located on K. Marks street, 57. There are also works on major repairs are going on, at the facility nearly 35 builders are working. Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the need to equip the exhibition hall with modern multimedia exhibition and lighting equipment.

On December 2, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that the local housing inspectorate has accepted 941 of 984 houses, which have been repaired in the republic. 

Today, in Chistopol, a new 104-apartment house No. 183 on Engels Street was settled. Its residents are members of the social mortgage program, young families, settlers from emergency housing, doctors, who receive grants, families with many children, workers in the agricultural sector. The head of the Executive Committee of the Chistopol district of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Khasanov handed keys to the new settlers and congratulated them.

Today in the exhibition centre "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" the grand opening of the VIII Specialized Exhibition and Congress "Pure Water. Kazan" was held. The Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sayfutdinov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. "The protection of the environment, including water resources, is one of the most urgent problems of our time. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the "Clean Water" program is being implemented. The program is aimed at increasing water supply in the settlements of the republic, as well as improving the quality of drinking water supplied to the population, "- the deputy minister said.

The total amount of programs for the overhaul of social and cultural facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017 is almost 7.5 billion rubles. This was stated by Ildus Nasyrov, head of the administration of housing and communal services of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the press-conference in the Information Agency "Tatar-Inform". "The year is coming to an end, my preliminary assessment, which is very successful. We are completing the programs for the overhaul of social and cultural facilities. There are nine such programs in Tatarstan: major overhaul of educational institutions, children's health camps, resource centers, cultural facilities, teenage clubs, municipal buildings, social service institutions, municipal archives, and so far the overhaul of buildings of outpatient clinics in Tatarstan (a new program approved in the summer),"- Ildus Nasyrov reminded.

From November 30 to December 1, 2017 the VIII specialized exhibition and congress " Clean water. Kazan " will be held in the exhibition center Kazanskaya Yarmarka. This event is organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan  with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal State Budgetary Water Management Agency "Sredvolgavodkhoz", and the OJSC "Kazanskaya Yarmarka".

In Russia, almost 100 thousand houses have been overhauled, and the collection of contributions for capital repairs has increased by 16% compared to the indicators of 2016. Mikhail Men noted that the capital repair program in the regions has been working in the planned mode. By the end of 2017, more than 40,000 apartment buildings with a total area of 171.4 million sq. m, where more than 6 million people live. Of these, almost 30,000 houses have already been repaired (101.6 million sq. m), which has improved the living conditions of 3.8 million people. Separately, the minister noted a number of subjects of the Russian Federation that showed high rates of implementation of regional capital repair programs: the Republic of Tatarstan - 982 houses with a plan of 991 houses, Lipetsk region - 541 houses with a plan of 621 houses, Tula region - 871 houses with a plan of 1115 houses, Moscow - 3,207 houses with a plan of 4,178 houses, Vologda region - 416 houses with a plan of 564 houses.
