From 12 to 14 October 2017 in Innopolis (Republic of Tatarstan) for the first time the First Russian Youth Architectural Biennial, established by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation will be organized. The young and one of the most technologically advanced cities in the country hosts young architects who will present their ideas for residential areas for a comfortable city, the best of which the authoritative international jury will celebrate with special prizes. Within the framework of the Biennale, a business program will be held with discussions, presentations, lectures by Russian and foreign experts, and the first architectural hackathon Arch City Hack. At the end of the Biennale, the exposition with the finalists' projects will be shown in major Russian cities. October 7 in the exhibition complex "Gostiny Dvor" the ceremony of awarding the Anniversary XXV International Festival "Architecture 2017" was held. The exposition of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded the Silver Sign in the contest "Regions of Russia" in the section "Best Architectural Practices" in the nomination "Implemented Projects". The holders of the Golden Sign in this section were the Moscow and Belgorod Regions.

From 7 to 16 October in Tatarstan the republican nature protection action "Forest Week - 2017" is taking place. Kazan joined the action on October 7 - this day the volunteer clean-up (subbotnik) was held in the village of Derbyshki, Sovetsky district of the city. Employees of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan supported the environmental action "Forest Week - 2017", thus contributing to the implementation of the Year of the Environment. Despite the overcast weather and rain, the adjacent forest was released from the garbage by joint efforts. Every participant of the action can be proud of his contribution to the noble cause.

In 2017, the State Housing Inspectorate carried out 3 thousand 581 inspections at the overhaul facilities of multi-apartment houses in 43 municipalities, which resulted in 54 violations of safety regulations in 17 municipalities. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that within the framework of the program of overhaul of educational institutions, work is being continued at 1 facility out of 146 - in Kazan Gymnasium No. 28. To date, the heat supply has been completed in all municipalities. All 3097 boiler houses function: 17 thousand 168 houses, 1 thousand 603 schools, 1 thousand 839 kindergartens, 2 thousand 114 objects of public health, 1 thousand 966 objects of culture, 188 centers of employment and social protection, 270 sports objects are heated.

A conference dedicated to architectural, planning, engineering and IT solutions in the field of healthcare was opened today in Kazan. The organizers of the event were Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center and “Kazan Expo" with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. "Today's medical centers are both equipped and outwardly - these are really unique objects," - agreed Irek Fayzullin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services. - It is difficult to keep up with all the technical progress that exists in the field of both external and internal architecture. In the future, we expect universal intellectualization of these objects. We are going to digitization of health care.

In September 2017, the Chistopol Zonal Housing Inspectorate conducted 69 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which - 61 verification of the performance of previously issued regulations; 1 checking at the request of the prosecutor's office and 7 inspections of complaints received by citizens in the Chistopol Zonal Housing Inspectorate. A total of 86 residential buildings with a total area of 148.62 thousand square meters were surveyed within the framework of the inspections; revealed 56 violations of the rules and norms of technical maintenance of housing. 24 orders were issued for the elimination of identified violations.

Programs for improvement and urban development, fully implemented in Tatarstan, deserve the highest appreciation. In his speech, he noted: "The advantages of implementing this program is not only the completion of 76% of the planned plan for improvement but also in the developed method of interaction with the residents of the republic in order to increase their interest in the work being done. The priority today is given to balancing: the program is implemented not only in the capital of Tatarstan, but also in the regional centers of the republic. There are a lot of comfortable spaces, therefore it is important to learn how to manage them competently - for this purpose the Directorate of Parks and Squares was created". Vladimir Kudryashov stressed that the successful implementation of all the announced programs largely depends on a practical-orientation of the education system.
