During the planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspection - Zainsk, Nizhnekamsk and Novosheshminsky, inspectors of the Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate for 9 months of 2017 surveyed 704 apartment buildings with a total area of 15 855.91 square meters. In the course of the inspections, only 1645 violations were identified, including: the rules for technical operation and repair of MKD - 1405, the rules for the use of living quarters - 143, the norms and the regime for providing the population with utilities - 97.

On September 29, the 1st Annual International Competition "Woman of the Year. Top-50" was held on the site of the hotel trade and entertainment complex Korston. International contest of beauty and talent competition  "Woman of the Year. Top-50" is an integrated cultural and mass event aimed at increasing the business social and active role of women in modern society and promoting healthy lifestyles. The main organizers of the competition were: Anatoly Kirillov and co-chairman of the event Victoria Mikhailova.

Results of the Competition:

1st place - the investor of FWAM company Guzel Abulkhanova;

2nd place - head of the executive committee Tatar regional branch of OOO "Delovaya Rossiya" Farida Khuzina;

The third place is headed by Gulnaz Minnikhanova, head of the sector for interaction with the media of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Republic of Tatarstan on September 29 of the 2017 year, 1,705,700  square meters of housing put into service. In Pestrechinsky, Atninsky, Laishevsky, Vysokogorsky and Aktanyshsky districts, the housing plan has been completed. This was announced at the meeting in the Government House today by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov.  The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Under the social mortgage program, statistics were received for 123 houses for 5 thousand 704 apartments with an area of 321.9 thousand square meters. In addition, among the 88 projects planned under the investment program of the 2017 year, the 72 facilities in a high degree of readiness, in the average degree of readiness - 16 objects. In 2017, within the framework of the rental housing program, construction of 17 houses for 387 apartments with an area of 22.6 thousand square meters is planned. 15 objects are put into service for 278 apartments with an area of 16.5 thousand square meters  (Verkhneuslonsky - 8, Cheremshanskiy - 1, Mamadyshskiy - 4, Alkeyevskiy districts - 2). Also two objects are being built - in Innopolis (construction and installation works have been completed) and in the Apastovsky District (finishing works, landscaping are underway).

Today on the eve of the International Day of Elder People the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan organized free legal assistance to elder citizens.

In Kazan in the microdistrict Salavat Cooper was opened a clinic "Spasenie" for adults. In the new building of the polyclinic will be provided a full range of outpatient care. It is planned that the "Spasenie" clinic will serve all the inhabited houses of the micro-district "Salavat Cooper" and nearby microdistricts. The total area of the polyclinic is 979.2 square meters. The polyclinic has a capacity of up to 250 visits per shift with the ability to attach up to 18,000 people.

Revolutionary material for the protection of building structures from water: in Kazan, launched the first line of the Waterproofing Penetron Factory. In the launch ceremony, acting Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Sagdatullin. Acting Deputy Minister Dinar Sagdatullin noted that in recent years there has been a steady development of the region, therefore, due to a purposeful state policy, the republic managed to achieve notable results in the issue of attracting investments into the economy of the republic and creating a comfortable investment climate.

Employees of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan took an active part in the collection of books for the library fund of boarding homes, for the elderly and disabled, psycho-neurological and orphanages. The action takes place from September 15 to November 1 and is timed to coincide with the International Day of Older Persons and the International Day of Disabled Persons in Tatarstan.

On September 26, 2017, the "Regional Center for Public Control in the Area of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" conducted a visiting seminar in Almetyevsk within the framework of the "Literate Consumer School" project. The event was attended by 50 participants: chairmen and members of the councils of apartment buildings, activists in the housing and communal services sector. All attendees received free methodological manuals from the Center.

The next matches of the mini-football tournament within the Spartakiad 2017  among civil servants took place last weekend at the Center for rowing sports. The team of the Ministry of Construction took to the field in order to meet with the players of the State Council and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. The game was quite tense, but the builders still managed to win opponents. Firstly, the team of the RT State Council was replayed with a score of 6: 0, and then the RT Ministry of Finance with a score of 5: 2. Congratulate with the victory and thank the players for their responsible attitude to the development of sports life in the Ministry. Also, we remind that on September 30 will take place 1/8 finals matches, rivals will be determined by drawing lots on September 27.
