Today Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by first Deputy Minister Alexey Frolov held a seminar on the theme: "Creation of accessible environment for people with limited mobility". The event was attended by specialists of ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, Samara region, Ulyanovsk region, Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Chuvashia.
Alexey Frolov said that one of the priorities of state social policy is the creation of accessible environment for people with disabilities. "It is very important to create an environment that will be accessible, comfortable for the disabled and for mothers with children and pensioners. If earlier people with disabilities were virtually chained to your house and outside was possible only in case of emergency, now the situation is changing. Today people with limited mobility take an active part in society," - said the first Deputy Minister.
On July 13, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that the work on introducing a system for remotely reading utility meters developed by Vaviot Group of Companies is underway in the republic.
He continued that to date, 60 multi-apartment houses developed by the regional State Housing Fund have been chosen to introduce the system.
Faizullin said that a personal account of the State Housing Fund of the republic was created on the Vaviot website for the presentation of the system functionality. Examples of management companies from Moscow region, Khabarovsk territory and other regions that are already using this system are available on the website.

The parties agreed on mutual cooperation for the introduction of modern German technology building with opening the domestic production of waterproofing materials to be applied on construction sites of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the reception, the Deputy Minister told about the current situation at the site and answered the questions of the participants.
This year the Republican program "Major repairs of culture objects" in Aktanysh district is repairing rural clubs in the villages Tlyakeevskoe and Tatar Suksy. On 6 July the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya and Director of the self-regulatory organization "Regional non-commercial partnership "Association of companies managing apartment houses of the Republic of Tatarstan" Fatyhov Nazif signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation.
