Today, under the leadership of Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of Republic Tatarstan of Ilshat Gimaev held the reception of citizens of the residential area "Salavat Kupere". During the reception, the Deputy Minister told about the current situation at the site and answered the questions of the participants.

On June 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited reconstructed facilities and sites in Kirovsky and Moscovsky districts of Kazan.

In particular, they inspected overhauled multi-apartment houses on Vosstaniya Street. Head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration Sergey Mironov told Tatarstan President about new technological solutions aimed at improving the quality of life of residents of the republic.

Minnikhanov also visited the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration building on Vosstaniya Street. The districts' administration is implementing projects aimed at constructive work with residents and improving the quality of providing municipal services as part of the concept of client-oriented state authorities.

Since January 2017, the administration has had a hospitality zone located in the lobby. Every day about 350 people visit the administration. The innovations include an operational control centre established as part of the Safe City programme. The centre is aimed at processing complains coming from citizens and the People's Control and Open Kazan systems within a short period of time.

Minnikhanov appreciated the hospitality zone arranged in the administration building.

During the inspection projects of squares made by students of Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering and other promising projects implemented in the districts were also demonstrated to Minnikhanov.

The Ministry of construction of Tatarstan in the framework of the visit Kyrgyz delegation to Republic of Tatarstan held meeting with Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, and Director of State Agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Government of Kyrgyz Republic Abdiyev Baktybek Abishevich.

19.06.2017 At the initiative of the Ministry of health held a meeting on issues of medical provision of inhabitants of the residential district "Salavat Cooper". The event was also attended by Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Executive Director, BUT "State housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan" Bulat Gilmanov, as well as residents of the neighborhood. The opening of the first clinic is scheduled for September 2017. To this end, state lived fund signed a lease on the property (900 sqm) with a medical Association "Spasenie". The reception will be organized for the adult population, until the children will be served at a children's polyclinic №4. For the first time in clinic "Spasenie" will only provide primary health care and specialized experts will conduct reception in the city polyclinic № 19. In the future, depending on the amount of the assigned population, the clinic will go also and specialized medical care, that is, in "Salavat Cooper" will be a full-fledged clinic. The entire volume of medical care will be provided within the mandatory health insurance system, that is free.

In the Republic of Tatarstan capital repair of apartment houses under the program of 2017 started to 899 of 996 points in all 43 municipal districts. This was announced today at a meeting at Government House Tatarstan by Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. The meeting was held in video conference format with all municipal regions of the Tatarstan with President Rustam Minnikhanov. Irek Faizullin reported on the progress of capital repair of educational institutions. So, as of 15 June, work is underway at all planned 146 sites, of which 29 secondary schools, 7 special schools and 110 pre-school organizations. Works on capital repair of 4 children's health camps complete. In addition, in the Republic it is planned to repair the created resource centers (colleges). As of June 15, work is underway at all 10 sites (funding for the program is 681,38 million). Capital repair of cultural objects is also carried out on all 44 sites of the program in 2017. Overhaul of youth clubs is carried out at 28 sites (out of 29 submitted to the program in 2017). While 12 sites are completed (Almetyevsk, Zelenodolsk, Zainsk, Mendelian, Nizhnekamsk and Kazan). Irek Faizullin also reported on the progress of repairs of the buildings of the settlement councils of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan, agencies of social services, municipal archives.

15.06.2017 In Tatarstan in the framework of modernization of the health sector in 2017 by the corresponding decree of the Cabinet of Tatarstan from 08.11.2016 No. 2580-R funding in the amount of 330 million rubles. This was told today during a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" by Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of RT Ilshat Gimaev. This year in Tatarstan it is planned to build 42 FAPs, 6 medical clinics, 5 pathology departments in modular technology, as well as the overhaul of 8 outpatient clinics, 6 health facilities and retrofitting of medical furniture and equipment of 10 objects. "As of 14 June completed the installation of 16 FAPs, operations are conducted at 26 sites. The construction work of pathology departments are being conducted on 3 sites. Work on the construction of outpatient clinics are conducted at 5 sites. On the overhaul of the health care institutions work is being conducted at 5 sites, one object of the work is completed. On capital repair of the outpatient work is carried out on 6 sites, 2 sites are completed," – said Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of RT Ilshat Gimaev.

The Ministry of construction of Tatarstan received many complaints from residents "Salavat Cupere" on issues administered by other departments. Future residents are concerned about the topic of construction of roads, kindergartens, schools, clinics, bus stops, organizing routes.

Ministry organized a meeting the platform for open dialogue with state and municipal authorities with representatives of the initiative group of residential area "Salavat Kupere".

 The question of the provision of primary health care revealed the head of the health Department of Executive Committee of Kazan Ilnur Halfiev: "Today signed a lease agreement with the State Lived Fund at Zelenovsky building 20, room to 979 sq. m., it will be introduced in stages, the first of 300 sqm will be completed before the first of September, the second 300 sq. m. with the expansion of residents up to the month of December and the remaining 300 sq. m. are planned to provide children's medical care."

After the meeting, Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev asked to take personal control or to bring to the leadership all came from the residents wishes.

From 8 to 12 June in the city of Cheboksary – the capital of Chuvash Republic it was held XL meeting of the Council of chief architects of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities under the working title "Comfortable city – myth or reality?"

Today in the Chuvash State Ttheatre of Opera and Ballet took place the solemn opening of the meeting. It was attended by the Head of Chuvash Republic Mikhail Ignatiev, Director of the urban environment of the Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation Oksana Demchenko, head of administration of Cheboksary Alexey Sadykov, Chairman of the Board of chief architects of the RF subjects and municipalities, the President of the RAACS Alexander Kuzmin, President of the Union of architects of Russia Nikolay Shumakov.

The theme of the plenary session was the creation of a comfortable urban environment, which was attended by the representative from Tatarstan.

A report on " Improvement of public spaces as a priority of urban policy of Republic of Tatarstan" was made by Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Union of architects of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashov.
