On June 4, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited "Wienerberger Kurkachi", the plant producing ceramic blocks that was opened in June 2009. The plant produces 150 million ceramic blocks per year.
On June 4, at his meeting with Board Chairman of Wienerberger AG Mr Heimo Scheuch, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the company on 5 years of work in Tatarstan: “You believed in Russian market and Tatarstan, and we wish success to your plant.”

On June 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Minister of construction Irek Faizullin visited polylingual kindergarten “Bala-City” in Kazan, the first pre-school institution where tuition is carried out in Russian, Tatar, Chinese and English languages.
The II all-Russian conference on housing development was going today in the building of Moscow government. The conference will be held from 2d till 3d of June.
On June 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Minister of construction Irek Faizullin took part in opening of inpatient hospice in Kazan.
