Farit Hanifov: "It is necessary to develop the large infrastructure investment projects".

Today the first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing Farit Hanifov made a report in the session of Ministry of construction. The theme of the report was "On measures for provision of citizens of the Russian Federation with  affordable and comfortable housing and improving the quality of housing and communal services".
He began by saying that in a purpose to improve the living conditions of citizens, further increasing the availability of housing and the quality of  the State program it was confirmed the decree № 600 "Providing quality accommodation and services for housing and public utilities of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 - 2020".
"An important part of the program of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan is the social mortgage program, approved a package of measures to improve living conditions of large families, owners of emergency housing that have  the opportunity to take apartments from the State housing Fund under program of social mortgage, discounted  rate".
In the report he noted that in the sphere of housing construction the Republic of Tatarstan 10 years is consistently in the top10 among the regions of Russia.
He also identified the tasks that need to be decided : "It is necessary  to develop infrastructure investment projects, to reduce the number and timing of the procedures in the sphere of housing construction, to attract private investments and to implement the housing and communal sphere of modern information technologies".
