A large amount of work is planned for the improvement of public spaces within the framework of federal and republican funds in Tatarstan this year. To date, the total performance of work in 65 territories is 36%. The first object of the program has been commissioned - a park in the Atninsky district. This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
According to the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, from January 1 to June 30 of this year, the number of applications for a construction permit in electronic form in Tatarstan amounted to 324. 321 applications were submitted through the Portal of Public Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, 3 – through the service “I build”. The number of construction permits issued through the Portal of Public Services of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 321.
The Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture carries out state and non-state expertise of project documentation, which may include a digital information model of a capital construction object.

On October 5-8, 2022, the International Construction Championship will be held in Kazan at the Kazan Expo IEC. The event brings together a competition of professionals in the field of industrial construction, young specialists-students. The championship will be attended by representatives of 27 countries, including members of the SCO, BRICS, EAEU, CIS, as well as Bangladesh, Kuwait, Laos, Hungary, Egypt, Nigeria, UAE, Israel, Serbia, Qatar, Iran and Turkey.
The program of major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan has been completed by 79%. The final stage included work in 67 houses. In 87 residential facilities, the work has been completed completely.
