In the residential complex "Salavat Cooper" Kazan built another kindergarten, designed for 220 children. Today on the 12th of December, 2019, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a conclusion on the compliance of this object with design documentation. Kindergarten is located in the 11th quarter of the Salavat Cooper residential complex of the Kirov district of Kazan. The total area of the 2-storey building is 4686.6 sq.m. The kindergarten has facilities for younger, middle and senior groups for children from one and a half to seven years. For each group there is a games room, a bedroom, a dressing room, a buffet and a toilet. In addition, the preschool institution has music and sports facilities, facilities for holding hobby groups and a medical unit. There is an elevator for transporting fire departments and people with limited mobility.
On the 12 of December 2019, from 12:00 to 20:00, in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation, all-Russian day for the reception of citizens will be held in the bodies of state power and local self-government of the Russian Federation. The deputy head of the department, Ilshat Gimaev, summed up the preliminary results on the construction of the medical and obstetrical stations, schools, kindergartens and rural clubs in the republic. Programs of construction projects in Tatarstan have been implemented on average by 95% and will be fully implemented by the end of 2019. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. “In fact, these programs are daily monitored by the President of Tatarstan. Of the 40 programs, all programs are in a high degree of readiness at the completion stage. The average percentage of their readiness is 95-96%. Over the past three weeks, the programs will be adequately completed and put into operation,” -Gimaev said. For example, in 2019, 55 health facilities, 21 rural clubs, 105 sports fields and 8 modular ski resorts, 30 kindergartens and 16 schools will be built in Tatarstan.
The second phase of the reconstruction of the zoo will begin in the first quarter of 2020. Next week will be signed the permission to put into operation a new part of the Kazan Zoo Zambezi River, after which it is expected to open to visitors by the end of December. This was announced at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. “Today, the decision on commissioning is already being finalized, which we expect next week, and I think that with the receipt of the decision, the director of the zoo will announce the date of the official opening of this zoo,” - the speaker said. He added that after the opening, the second phase of reconstruction will begin, which will be implemented in the first quarter of 2020.

In the capital of Tatarstan, put into commission the third unfinished building this year. Construction and installation works were completed in the house for 108 apartments of the "Molodezhny" residential complex. The construction of the house was started by GC "Fon" in 2014, however, due to financial difficulties the company encountered, construction was stopped in 2015. To complete the work last year, a new developer, LLC "AkTash-Invest", was involved. “Today, 100 families have visited this 108-apartment building. In the future, we will actively continue this work and hope for changes in the legislation, namely the introduction of escrow accounts and tight control of shared construction by banks, which will allow us to avoid such problems in the future,” - Nigmatullin emphasized. He added that during the three years of the executive committee of the city and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, 18 houses were commissioned in the republic, 16 of which in Kazan. The house has 108 apartments, 20 floors (plus one underground), there are built-in non-residential premises (office area 590 sq. meters). The base building condition of apartments is finished. Underground parking for 69 places allows freeing the local area. The total area of the house is 6.7 thousand square meters. The area of residential premises is 5.7 square meters, the residential complex consists of 5 houses.
In the Republic of Tatarstan work on the overhaul program for multi-family residential buildings in 2019 was finished. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. Irek Fayzullin indicated the municipalities that have not completed work on overhaul repairing. Among them is Kazan city. In addition, were named municipalities that did not pass and submitted acts of commissioning of facilities after the overhaul of apartment buildings. Overhaul of preschool institutions on 5 of December was completed at 104 out of 112 facilities. Work continues at 8 facilities. As for 5 of December, in the republic, an overhaul of resource centers was completed at 14 out of 15 facilities. Work is being carried out at the 1st facility. Overhaul of children's recreation camps was completed at 9 out of 12 facilities. Work on the remaining three facilities is ongoing. Overhaul of cultural facilities was completed in the republic at 39 facilities, it remains to complete work on another facility of the 2019 program. The start of the construction of the indoor football and rugby arena in Kazan (Chuikova St.) was given today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. A wardrobe and technical rooms are located on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment and furniture. With the construction of the new block, the issue of the lack of classes and overall school space was resolved. For all work from the republican budget allocated 174 million rubles.
