Today, a meeting on the interaction of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan with the FAI "Glavgosexpertiza" of Russia on issues of digital development in the field of construction was held in the high-tech IT park. The meeting was attended by the head of the FAI "Glavgosexpertiza" of Russia Igor Manylov, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin, the Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Khayrullin, as well as representatives of ministries and departments of Tatarstan. During the meeting, the participants were presented with a project on the implementation of the Construction Assistance Portal for residents of Tatarstan. The implementation of the Construction Assistance Portal will allow the developer in one place and in an understandable form to see the entire life cycle of construction - from filing a notice of the start of construction to registering ownership of the constructed object. The developer will be able to submit all the necessary documents in electronic form and track the status of their consideration and approval. Following the meeting, a roadmap was signed to create an information resource to facilitate the construction and monitoring of the life cycle of construction sites located in the Republic of Tatarstan. Signatures on the cooperation document were signed by the head of the FAI "Glavgosexpertiza" of Russia Igor Manylov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Khayrullin.

Today, as part of the ongoing work on completion of the construction of distressed shared construction projects, in a festive atmosphere with the participation of the Head of the Pestrechinsky District I.M. Kashapov, Deputy Minister I. Gimaev, Executive Director of the Republican Fund for Supporting Persons Affected by Unscrupulous Developers Operating in the Republic of Tatarstan I.A. Novikov, Director of  LLC IC "Briz" A. Belyakov and Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan A. Fomin, keys of apartments were handed over to the first tenants of residential buildings No. 3 and No. 2 in the Yashlek microdistrict, the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky district.

Overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan is almost 99% complete. This was announced at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" by the head of the Department of operation and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Gallyamov. “To date, about 99% of the total overhaul of multi-apartment buildings has been completed. The work was completed at 930 sites, another 5 sites are at the completion stage,” - said the speaker. He added that in 2019, the implementation of the short-term plan should ensure safe and favorable living conditions for more than 200 thousand citizens in 935 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.5 million square meters. The funding for the program amounted to more than 5 billion rubles. During the implementation of the program in the Republic of Tatarstan from 2008 to 2018, 15 thousand 683 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​79.7 million square meters were repaired, and the number of residents of the houses in which the overhaul was carried out is 3 million 498 thousand people.

Issued permission to put into operation two residential buildings, at the address: RT, Pestrechinsky district, Bogorodskoye rural area, Kuyuki village, microdistrict "Yashlek." We remind you that the facilities were completed by LLC IC "Breeze" with the help of the Support Fund for RT Investors. Two more problem homes will be completed in 2 weeks.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, in the field of labor protection in construction, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has carried out 1 thousand 371 inspections since the beginning of 2019. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 333 decisions were issued for a total amount of 14 million 194 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 1 thousand 170 organizations - members of SROs. This was announced today at a meeting in the RT Government House by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin. Irek Fayzullin also said that in the republic in the period from January to November 2019 there were 16 accidents, including 14 with a  severe outcome, 2 with a fatal outcome (21 accidents occurred in the same period of 2018, including 14 are severe, 7 are fatal outcome). The head of the Ministry of Construction of the RT reported that on the 29th of November, 2019, 2 million square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, which is 97% by the corresponding period of the last year. During the meeting, Irek Fayzullin reported on how the “Our Yard” program is going on in the region. So, seven types of work are planned: repair of roads, repair of sidewalks, installation of outdoor lighting, installation of benches and ballot boxes, installation of MSW sites, installation of children's equipment coated with sand and gravel, partial landscaping. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan once again emphasized that in the republic all the yards of multi-apartment residential buildings included in the “Our Yard” program will be put in order. He instructed to monitor the quality of the work carried out as part of the “Our Yard” program.

Today in the Kazan Kremlin, State Advisor to the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Republican Renaissance Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on the design, construction progress of the poly-lingual educational complexes “Adymnar - the path to knowledge and harmony”. According to the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, the design and construction of poly-lingual schools in the republic are carried out in accordance with the approved plan. The construction of the school in Elabuga is ahead of schedule. The head of the Elabuga region of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Nuriev, said that the multilingual educational complex in Elabuga will consist of the Adymnar-Alabuga school and three preschool educational institutions. Concrete work is currently underway to ensure the implementation of the concept, and teachers are being selected together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan Federal University, Elabuga Pedagogical Institute, and the Executive Committee of the Elabuga Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. Further, the meeting participants discussed issues on the creation of suburban centers for additional education of multilingual educational complexes.

Today, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev held meetings to review the progress of construction of engineering and industrial infrastructure facilities of JSC SEZ  "Alabuga" in the 2019 program and the reconstruction of district treatment facilities for domestic and industrial wastewater SEZ "Alabuga" and the city of Elabuga, carried out as part of the Volga Recovery federal project . The meetings were attended by representatives of the Customer JSC SEZ PPT "Alabuga", LLC "Alabuga Development", PJSC "Kamgesenergostroy" and contracting organizations. The meeting addressed the construction of infrastructure facilities of the SEZ "Alabuga ", including the Industrial and Technological Park Synergy (building 3 for the modern plant for the production of the PAN precursor, as well as buildings 4.1, 4.2). The customer reported on the pace of construction of facilities. The work on the construction of the tank of the water treatment plant was completed, a conclusion was obtained on the compliance of the constructed facility with the requirements of technical regulations and design documentation. During the meeting on the reconstruction of the district wastewater treatment plants for domestic and industrial wastewater SEZ PPT "Alabuga" and the city of Elabuga, issues of work performance and delivery time of equipment were considered. Particular attention at the meetings was paid to compliance with safety and labor protection.

A delegation from Finland visited the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss cooperation in the field of municipal waste management. The delegation included Minister-adviser of the Embassy of Finland in Russia Joonas Heiskanen, representatives of companies: Wihuri Rus, Europress Group Oy, Molok Oy, Nanten, MariMatic, Set Cleantech, Tana. In Finland, only 1% of household waste ends up in landfills. Most of the garbage is either used for energy production or recycled and reused. "Our system of waste management, our technologies are fixed at the legislative level. We are ready to share experience, starting with the collection and ending with processing," - Minister-adviser of the Embassy of Finland in Russia Joonas Heiskanen outlined the purpose of his visit. During the visit, the members of the delegation were provided with information on the state of Affairs in the housing and communal complex, as well as on the implementation of the reform of the waste management system in Tatarstan. Representatives of the companies presented their capabilities in the field of collection, export and recycling of waste, landfill remediation, deep sorting and energy production. The parties agreed on further cooperation and exchange of information.

In Tatarstan under the program "Our yard" for three years will repair about 7 thousand yard areas. Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Aynaz Yarmiyev said this at a press conference on the implementation of the program "Our yard". "To date, the Ministry of construction together with the Republican BTI carried out work on the inventory of yard areas. There are 9 thousand 626 of them in the Republic, of which about 2.7 thousand are in good condition," - the speaker said. He recalled that 50 billion rubles were allocated from the Republican budget for the implementation of the program. According to Yarmiev, it is planned to start repair work in April — May 2020 from the yards, which first of all need it. In addition, the Deputy Minister noted that each yard will be considered individually, taking into account the wishes of residents.
