In the village Manzaras of Kukmorsky district, the construction of a semi-detached house on Amir Street, 104 has been completed. This was reported by the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The house is intended for large families and has been already received permission for commissioning.  The total living area of ​​the house is 116.8 square meters.  The apartments are fully ready for living, they are equipped with plumbing, gas stoves, fire alarm sensors, water, gas, electricity meters, as well as double-circuit individual heating boilers.  This year, the investment program under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan involves the construction of 165 houses in the cities and territories of Tatarstan for 7.8 apartments with a total area of ​​438.3 thousand square meters.

On November 23, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses makes 98.94 per cent of the plan for the current year.

He also said that as of November 21, as many as 101 of 112 planned pre-school institutions have been overhauled. The capital repair on the rest 11 facilities is continuing.

The capital repair of recourse centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As of November 21, as many as 14 of 15 planned centres have been overhauled.

Tatarstan is continuing the implementation of construction programme of rural clubs. As of November 22, the work has been completed at 16 facilities and it is underway at 5 facilities.

As many as 40 planned cultural facilities have been overhauled.

The work on the construction of 22 block-modular facilities of complete service for the population is underway.

As of November 21, major repair of 31 social service institutions of the republic has been completed. The work is being completed at the remaining 3 facilities.

The capital repair of the municipal archives is being completed.

Minnikhanov urged the builders to do the high quality work. According to him, strict control of the work is necessary in every being repaired and constructed facility.

The meeting addressed current issues facing the Ministry, as well as plans for the week. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, outlined the issues of implementing national projects and republican programs. Particularly focused on the commissioning of housing, the program of major repairs of apartment buildings, the construction of kindergartens. Recall: in 2019, 26 pre-school educational institutions with 5,410 places were built and commissioned, including 24 kindergartens as part of the national project “Demography” with places for children under three years of age. By the end of the year, within the framework of the national project “Demography”, it is planned to commission 4 more kindergartens with 960 places.

The winner project in the nomination “The best project of an object of culture and sport” is the reconstruction of the National Cultural Center “Kazan”. The diploma of the first degree and the prize from the hands of the President of the National Association of Surveyors and Designers, People’s Architect of Russia, laureate of the State Prize of Russia, Academician Mikhail Posokhin received a specialist from the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” Bilyal Zainutdinov. Today in Moscow, the results of the VIth International Professional Competition for the best NOPRIZ project were summed up. In total, about 500 works were submitted to the competition this year, including works from Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. Recall that the design documentation for the location of the library’s book depository in the building of the NCC “Kazan” hall was developed by the design institute of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” and approved by the Ministry culture of Tatarstan. Today, the facility is undergoing reconstruction, which will be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2020. The project provides for the placement of storage facilities, reading zones on the 1st and 2nd floors with different capacity of halls. Also in the building will be an assembly hall, a conference hall, a multi-purpose hall, classrooms for individual and group classes, open workshops with 3D printers for master classes.

On the 12 of December 2019, from 12:00 to 20:00, in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation, all-Russian day for the reception of citizens will be held in the bodies of state power and local self-government of the Russian Federation. On November 22, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Vladimir Yakushev.

They addressed the implementation of Housing and Urban Environment national project in Tatarstan, the situation in the construction industry of the republic and promising investment projects.

The meeting participants also discussed preparations for the upcoming meeting of the working group of Russian State Council on the improvement of living conditions of citizens and the establishment of a comfortable urban environment to be held in December in Moscow and chaired by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko.

Today, residents of Rybnaya Sloboda district were able to apply for free legal assistance. The information and consulting group carried out a visit to Rybnaya Sloboda village and Kutlu-Bukash village. Together with representatives of the Republican ministries and departments, Leysan Akhmetzyanova, a leading consultant of the legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture, housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the work of the group. The first Center for Advanced Training in Tatarstan was opened yesterday by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilyeva and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. The center was established on the basis of the Kazan Pedagogical College. Olga Vasilyeva and Alexey Pesoshin examined the premises of the new center and got acquainted with its main areas of activity. The new structure provides everyone with the opportunity for training in short programs, including pedagogical specialties. The institution is located on the 3-4 floors of the educational building. Here are located a zone of coworking, a media zone, lectures, three classrooms-transformers, a space for project activities and a computer class. The center of advanced training in the republic was one of the first in Russia, as well as the only one on the basis of a pedagogical college, drew attention the head of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. She recalled that the center was created as part of the national project "Education", has a developed material and technical base and has a highly qualified team of specialists. The main partners will be employers, universities, professional educational organizations.

At the meeting, issues of cooperation in the field of plumbing and sewage were discussed. Special attention was paid to cooperation in the field of municipal solid waste management. The delegation included the head of the Cooperation Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and Latvia Vasily Fleischer, director of development of the Association of Cleantech Latvia Oksana Pohilko, representative of the Association of Cleantech Latvia in Kazakhstan Babur Absamatov, representative of BaltijasJūras ģeoloģijascentrs (BJGC) Janis Terauds. Opening the meeting, RT Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing, Vladimir Kudryashev, stressed that Tatarstan pays special attention not only to the development of trade and business relations with foreign partners but also to cultural exchange issues, which also have a great future. “There are long-standing and fruitful relations between Tatarstan and Latvia, as well as many areas of mutual interest. I hope that this meeting will be productive for both sides and will allow us to find new topics for interaction and cooperation.” In her speech, Oksana Pohilko, Director for Development of the Association, noted that Cleantech Latvia is a leading cluster of environmentally friendly technologies, which unites Latvian enterprises and research institutions in the field of environmental protection projects. Also during the meeting, guests presented their capabilities in the field of water purification and water treatment. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation and exchange of information.

At the meeting were discussed the development of housing and communal services taking into account the specifics of the territories. Opening the meeting, the head of the operation and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Gallyamov, expressed hope that the experience presented would be useful and applicable in work, as well as contribute to solving state tasks. During the visit, members of the delegation were provided with information on the state of affairs in the housing and communal complex, as well as on the progress of the waste management reform. "Housing and communal services - is one of the most important sectors of our country: each of the 3.8 million residents - its customer. Tatarstan has come a long way: from understanding the importance of the industry to implementing large-scale programs and creating the country's first Regional Overhaul Fund.
